【摘要】:建筑工程領(lǐng)域大型施工企業(yè)存在數(shù)量眾多、性質(zhì)迥異的項目,由此造成項目風(fēng)險評價過程的不確定性及評價方法的復(fù)雜低效性。文章建立了基于網(wǎng)絡(luò)層次分析法(ANP)與決策樹分類的多項目風(fēng)險評價模型。在建立項目風(fēng)險評價指標體系基礎(chǔ)之上,通過ANP確定各風(fēng)險因素發(fā)生的可能性及其權(quán)重。應(yīng)用"康斯坦茨信息挖掘工具"KNIME軟件進行決策樹分類,建立多項目風(fēng)險等級評價模型,快速高效的應(yīng)用于后續(xù)多個新項目風(fēng)險等級評估。算例驗證結(jié)果表明,該模型在準確評估多項目風(fēng)險因素權(quán)重、快速確定多項目風(fēng)險等級方面具有較強的實用性,為大型施工企業(yè)、政務(wù)部門提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Large construction enterprises in the field of construction engineering have a large number of projects with different nature. As a result, the uncertainty of project risk assessment process and the complexity and inefficiency of evaluation methods are caused. This paper establishes an ANP-based network analytic hierarchy process (AHP). Multi-project risk evaluation model based on decision tree classification. Based on the establishment of project risk evaluation index system. The possibility and weight of each risk factor are determined by ANP. The decision tree classification is carried out by using the KNIME software of Constance Information Mining tool, and a multi-project risk rating evaluation model is established. The model is applied to evaluate the risk levels of several new projects quickly and efficiently. The results show that the model can accurately evaluate the weight of multi-project risk factors. The quick determination of multi-project risk grade has strong practicability and provides scientific basis for large construction enterprises and government departments.
