【摘要】:針對生產(chǎn)管理模式的選擇及Petri網(wǎng)建模規(guī)模較小等問題,根據(jù)生產(chǎn)物流控制的原理,在對基本制造單元進行模塊化建模的基礎(chǔ)上,應用模塊化、層次化的技術(shù)構(gòu)建了推式、拉式等生產(chǎn)管理模式的Petri網(wǎng)模型,然后應用參數(shù)化的技術(shù)對模型進行了改進,應用IDEF1X方法(icam definition methods,IDEF系列分析方法中的數(shù)據(jù)建模方法)對著色Petri網(wǎng)的顏色集進行了設計,彌補了Petri網(wǎng)建模的不足,并通過對這些方法的集成應用,建立了具有較強通用性的大規(guī)模復雜生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)的Petri模型.最后,通過直接對所建Petri網(wǎng)模型的仿真和對仿真過程中所采集數(shù)據(jù)的統(tǒng)計計算,對生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)的性能進行了分析,驗證了上述建模方法的正確性和通用性.該方法為制造企業(yè)進行生產(chǎn)模式選擇提供了有效的工具.
[Abstract]:Aiming at the selection of production management mode and the small scale of Petri net modeling, according to the principle of production logistics control, modularization is applied on the basis of modular modeling of basic manufacturing unit. The hierarchical technology constructs the Petri net model of the production management mode such as push type and pull type, and then improves the model by using the parameterized technology. IDEF1X method was applied to definition methods. The color set of colored Petri net is designed, which makes up for the deficiency of Petri net modeling, and the integrated application of these methods. The Petri model of large-scale complex production system with strong generality is established. Finally, through the direct simulation of the established Petri net model and the statistical calculation of the data collected in the simulation process. The performance of the production system is analyzed to verify the correctness and generality of the above modeling method which provides an effective tool for manufacturing enterprises to choose the production mode.
