【摘要】:成品油二次配送作為危險品運輸研究領域的一個典型應用,除了具有一般危險品運輸的特征之外,其配送風險還具有自身的特殊性,需要根據配送情境進行多維考慮。針對這一具體問題,依據公眾風險偏好選擇合適的道路風險模型,加入二次配送道路風險的動態(tài)變化特征,使其更加符合現實配送情境;引入脆弱點風險概念,建立兼顧脆弱點規(guī)模和受影響距離的脆弱點風險優(yōu)化模型,進一步豐富成品油二次配送風險內涵;綜合考慮配送成本和風險,構建最小化運輸成本、道路風險和脆弱點風險的多目標整數規(guī)劃模型,運用層級搜索算法求解,有效避免了多目標規(guī)劃的系數決策困境。數值實驗表明,該模型能夠在企業(yè)可接受的成本范圍內,有效降低配送過程中的道路風險和脆弱點風險。
[Abstract]:As a typical application in the field of dangerous goods transportation, the secondary distribution of refined oil has its own particularity in addition to the characteristics of general dangerous goods transportation. According to this specific problem, according to the public risk preference, select the appropriate road risk model, and add the dynamic characteristics of the secondary distribution road risk. Make it more in line with the reality of distribution situation; This paper introduces the concept of vulnerability point risk and establishes a vulnerability point risk optimization model which takes into account the vulnerability point scale and the affected distance to further enrich the risk connotation of secondary distribution of refined oil products. Considering the distribution cost and risk, the multi-objective integer programming model of minimizing transportation cost, road risk and vulnerability point risk is constructed, and the hierarchical search algorithm is used to solve the problem. Numerical experiments show that the model can effectively reduce the road risk and vulnerability point risk in the distribution process within the acceptable cost range of the enterprise.
