【摘要】：隨著人民生活水平和生活質(zhì)量的不斷提高,人們的飲酒習慣正在逐漸改變,對葡萄酒的需求也越來越大。但現(xiàn)在與國外一些發(fā)達國家相比,中國人消費葡萄酒的數(shù)量并不是特別多,雖有進口葡萄酒品牌的市場沖擊,我國的葡萄酒市場仍有很大的發(fā)展空間。煙臺市是我國現(xiàn)代釀造葡萄酒的主要產(chǎn)區(qū)之一,種植釀酒葡萄的歷史悠久,發(fā)展至今,煙臺地區(qū)已經(jīng)成為全國最大的葡萄酒生產(chǎn)基地。為此,本文以煙臺張裕釀酒公司為例,對煙臺地區(qū)釀酒葡萄基地進行研究,首先通過介紹葡萄酒及葡萄酒釀酒基地的相關(guān)發(fā)展歷史,對國內(nèi)外學者的相關(guān)理論進行闡釋。然后,本文采用現(xiàn)場調(diào)查、統(tǒng)計分析、綜合比較等研究方法,對葡萄酒及其釀酒葡萄基地做了大量的市場調(diào)研與分析,指出了釀酒葡萄發(fā)展基地存在的問題,并結(jié)合煙臺地區(qū)實際的自然條件和人文條件,提出了目前煙臺地區(qū)釀酒葡萄基地的五種不同的發(fā)展模式,并對其做了詳細的分析。對于如何進行規(guī)模化生產(chǎn),如何順利推廣新的技術(shù)方法,使農(nóng)民和企業(yè)實現(xiàn)雙贏,本文結(jié)合張裕公司釀酒葡萄基地的發(fā)展情況,給出了規(guī)模化、集約化種植的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,保留了一些成型且具有優(yōu)勢的發(fā)展模式,并對其加以改進,實現(xiàn)各模式的優(yōu)勢互補。并以發(fā)揮種植釀酒葡萄的規(guī)模效益為前提,提出了一種釀酒葡萄基地新的發(fā)展模式,即產(chǎn)學研相互結(jié)合的產(chǎn)銷聯(lián)合體,可以減少釀酒葡萄種植的成本,提高葡萄酒原料的競爭力。本研究對調(diào)整煙臺農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu),促進煙臺地區(qū)經(jīng)濟發(fā)展具有一定的借鑒作用,同時,對全國其他釀酒葡萄種植基地也具有一定的啟示意義。
[Abstract]:With the continuous improvement of people's living standard and quality of life, people's drinking habits are gradually changing, and the demand for wine is increasing, but now compared with some developed countries abroad. The amount of wine consumed by the Chinese is not particularly large, although there is a market impact from imported wine brands. Yantai City is one of the main producing areas of modern wine production in China. The history of wine grape planting has a long history and has been developing up to now. Yantai region has become the largest wine production base in China. Therefore, this paper takes Yantai Changyu Brewery Company as an example to study the wine grape base in Yantai region. First of all, through the introduction of wine and wine wine base related development history, to explain the relevant theories of domestic and foreign scholars. Then, this paper uses field investigation, statistical analysis, comprehensive comparison and other research methods. A large number of market research and analysis on wine and wine grape base have been done, and the problems of wine grape development base have been pointed out, and combined with the actual natural and human conditions in Yantai area. Five different development models of wine-grape base in Yantai area are put forward, and detailed analysis is made on how to carry out large-scale production and how to popularize new technical methods smoothly. To make farmers and enterprises achieve win-win, combined with the development of Changyu wine grape base, this paper gives the development strategy of large-scale, intensive planting, and retains some shaping and advantages of the development model. And to improve it, to achieve the complementary advantages of each model, and in order to bring into play the scale of wine grape as the premise, a new development model of wine grape base is put forward. That is, the combination of production, education and research can reduce the cost of wine grape planting and improve the competitiveness of wine raw materials. To promote the economic development of Yantai area has certain reference function, at the same time, it also has certain enlightenment significance to other wine-grape planting bases in China.
