【摘要】：水利工程建設(shè)中潛藏著眾多風(fēng)險(xiǎn),工程的順利建設(shè)離不開對(duì)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)進(jìn)行管理和控制。水利工程風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理由風(fēng)險(xiǎn)辨識(shí)、估計(jì)、評(píng)價(jià)、控制4部分構(gòu)成,風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的量化是關(guān)鍵。從業(yè)主的角度分析水利工程項(xiàng)目存在的風(fēng)險(xiǎn),構(gòu)建風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,利用層次分析法(AHP)建立主觀權(quán)重、熵權(quán)法建立客觀權(quán)重,并根據(jù)不同的方法確定主客觀相結(jié)合的綜合權(quán)重,結(jié)合模糊數(shù)學(xué)方法建立綜合評(píng)價(jià)模型。通過工程案例分析比較了不同主客觀綜合權(quán)重確定方法的差異和對(duì)評(píng)價(jià)系統(tǒng)的適用性,驗(yàn)證了評(píng)價(jià)模型的實(shí)用性。
[Abstract]:There are many risks hidden in the construction of water conservancy projects, and the smooth construction of water conservancy projects can not be separated from the management and control of risks, which consists of four parts: risk identification, estimation, evaluation and control. Risk quantification is the key. From the owner's point of view, the risk of water conservancy project is analyzed, the risk evaluation index system is constructed, the subjective weight is established by using the analytic hierarchy process (AHP), and the objective weight is established by entropy weight method. And according to different methods to determine the combination of subjective and objective comprehensive weight. A comprehensive evaluation model is established by using fuzzy mathematics method. The difference of different subjective and objective synthetic weight determination methods and their applicability to evaluation system are compared through engineering case analysis, and the practicability of the evaluation model is verified.
