【摘要】：隨著我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展,環(huán)境保護(hù)和經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的矛盾日益顯現(xiàn),經(jīng)濟(jì)快速增長(zhǎng)導(dǎo)致了環(huán)境惡化,注重經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展同時(shí)保護(hù)環(huán)境勢(shì)在必行。因此,新能源為國(guó)家企業(yè)改革創(chuàng)新提供了新思路。在國(guó)家開(kāi)發(fā)新能源的基礎(chǔ)之上,新能源汽車(chē)行業(yè)悄然興起。作為新興產(chǎn)業(yè),國(guó)家給予了高度重視。為加快新能源汽車(chē)企業(yè)效益提高的速度,新能源汽車(chē)公司的成本效益研究變得具有重要意義。本文以齊魯汽車(chē)公司的新能源汽車(chē)為研究對(duì)象,研究了新能源汽車(chē)成本效益的現(xiàn)狀,結(jié)合案例企業(yè)與新能源汽車(chē)行業(yè)進(jìn)行對(duì)比分析,從成本和效益兩個(gè)方面分別探析齊魯汽車(chē)公司的實(shí)際狀況,同時(shí)對(duì)成本效益兩個(gè)方面進(jìn)行聯(lián)系分析,找尋齊魯汽車(chē)公司成本管理,企業(yè)效益的發(fā)展問(wèn)題,并提出解決對(duì)策,以期實(shí)現(xiàn)齊魯汽車(chē)提高企業(yè)效益的目的。通過(guò)案例研究分析發(fā)現(xiàn),一方面,成本投入的增加未能達(dá)到公司提高效益的目標(biāo)。另一方面,與行業(yè)公司相比較,出現(xiàn)成本管理水平低下,成本意識(shí)薄弱等問(wèn)題。因此,需要借助行業(yè)公司的成本管理辦法,包括提高自主研發(fā)能力,提高企業(yè)成本意識(shí)的重視水平,進(jìn)行多方合作等,并結(jié)合新能源汽車(chē)公司規(guī)模小,科學(xué)技術(shù)發(fā)展落后的實(shí)際情況,對(duì)齊魯汽車(chē)公司的成本管理,效益提高提出解決措施。經(jīng)過(guò)對(duì)齊魯汽車(chē)公司的新能源汽車(chē)成本效益的研究,對(duì)促進(jìn)新能源汽車(chē)行業(yè)的效益提高具有補(bǔ)充作用,同時(shí)能夠加快新能源汽車(chē)行業(yè)的發(fā)展速度,為國(guó)家保護(hù)環(huán)境貢獻(xiàn)一份力量。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of our economy, the contradiction between environmental protection and economic development is becoming increasingly apparent. The rapid economic growth has led to the deterioration of the environment, so it is imperative to pay attention to economic development and protect the environment at the same time. New energy provides a new idea for the national enterprise reform and innovation. On the basis of the national development of new energy, the new energy automobile industry rises quietly. As a new industry. The state has attached great importance to it. In order to accelerate the speed of improving the efficiency of new energy automobile enterprises. The cost-benefit research of new energy vehicle company has become of great significance. This paper takes Qilu automobile as the research object, studies the current situation of the new energy vehicle cost and benefit. Combined with the case of enterprises and the new energy automotive industry comparative analysis, from the cost and efficiency of the actual situation of Qilu Automotive Company, and cost-benefit analysis of the two aspects. Looking for Qilu automobile company cost management, enterprise benefit development problem, and proposes the solution countermeasure, in order to realize Qilu automobile raise the enterprise benefit goal. Through the case study analysis, discovers, on the one hand. On the other hand, compared with the industry company, the cost management level is low, the cost consciousness is weak and so on. Need to use the cost management methods of industry companies, including improving the capacity of independent research and development, raising the level of enterprise cost awareness, multi-party cooperation, and combined with the small scale of new energy automotive companies. With the backward development of science and technology, the paper puts forward some measures to improve the cost management and benefit of Qilu Automobile Co., Ltd. Through the research on the cost-benefit of the new energy vehicle of Qilu Automobile Company. It can also accelerate the development of new energy automobile industry and contribute to the national environmental protection.
