【摘要】：正一、供電企業(yè)成本核算相關(guān)政策規(guī)定2015年6月,國家發(fā)改委印發(fā)《輸配電定價(jià)成本監(jiān)審辦法(試行)》(發(fā)改價(jià)格[2015]1347號(hào)),要求電網(wǎng)企業(yè)按照輸配電定價(jià)監(jiān)管需要建立、健全成本核算制度,按照電壓等級(jí)、服務(wù)和用戶類別準(zhǔn)確記錄和合理歸集輸配電的生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營成本(費(fèi)用)數(shù)據(jù)。2014年10月,財(cái)政部印發(fā)《關(guān)于全面推進(jìn)管理會(huì)計(jì)體系建設(shè)的指導(dǎo)意見》(財(cái)會(huì)[2014]27號(hào)),開啟了會(huì)計(jì)改革與發(fā)展的新篇章。管理會(huì)計(jì)主
