【摘要】：物料管理是離散型制造企業(yè)供應(yīng)鏈管理的核心環(huán)節(jié),農(nóng)機制造業(yè)屬于典型離散型制造企業(yè)。隨著企業(yè)規(guī)模變大、業(yè)務(wù)量的提升、業(yè)務(wù)類型的增多等,傳統(tǒng)的農(nóng)機制造業(yè)物料管理模式已暴露出很多弊端,如出庫入庫操作過程繁瑣、盤點工作量大且易出錯、庫存數(shù)據(jù)無法實時更新到數(shù)據(jù)庫、管理成本呈增長趨勢等。本文針對某農(nóng)機制造企業(yè)物料管理中出現(xiàn)的問題,將條形碼、ZigBee、RFID等技術(shù)引用到物料管理中。首先根據(jù)該企業(yè)物料管理分類上存在的不足,應(yīng)用一種新分類方法的對物料進行分類,然后對標簽的EPC編碼進行定義,以便于將RFID標簽運用到管理中,同時對物資編碼的定義進行詳細描述。結(jié)合某農(nóng)機制造企業(yè)的實際情況,分析企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)管理模式及業(yè)務(wù)流程,提出該農(nóng)機制造企業(yè)物料管理信息系統(tǒng)的技術(shù)架構(gòu)、技術(shù)方案,并進行數(shù)據(jù)流分析及數(shù)據(jù)庫設(shè)計。根據(jù)業(yè)務(wù)要求研究實時更新功能、對庫存信息進行數(shù)量提示及預(yù)警功能、倉儲環(huán)境實時監(jiān)測和預(yù)警功能、RFID標簽定義和管理功能。設(shè)計基于物聯(lián)網(wǎng)的針對某農(nóng)機制造企業(yè)物料管理信息化系統(tǒng),實現(xiàn)企業(yè)倉儲物料信息的實時采集、簡化業(yè)務(wù)操作流程,實時更新物料信息,有效提高企業(yè)管理水平和生產(chǎn)效率。
[Abstract]:Material management is the core part of the discrete manufacturing enterprises in the supply chain management, agricultural machinery manufacturing industry belongs to the typical discrete manufacturing enterprises. With larger scale enterprises, business promotion, business types increase, has exposed many shortcomings in material management mode of traditional agricultural production, such as the library storage operation process is complicated and workload inventory and error prone, inventory data can not be real-time updates to the database, the management cost is increasing. The agricultural machinery manufacturing enterprise material management problems in the bar code, ZigBee, RFID and other technical references to material management. According to the shortcomings of the classification of enterprise material management, the application of a new the classification method to classify the materials, and then EPC encoding on the label are defined, in order to use the RFID tag to use in management, and define the material for encoding details The. According to the actual situation of an agricultural machinery manufacturing enterprises, analysis of enterprise production management mode and business process, put forward the technical architecture, the agricultural machinery manufacturing enterprise material management information system technical scheme and design, data flow analysis and database update function. Based on the real business requirement, the number of prompt and early warning function of inventory information storage environment, real-time monitoring and early warning function, RFID tag definition and management function design. Based on the Internet of things for an agricultural machinery manufacturing enterprise material management information system, to achieve real-time acquisition of enterprise warehouse material information, simplify the operation process, real-time update material information, improve enterprise management level and production efficiency.
