【摘要】：近年來,信息化發(fā)展一直是困擾我國中小企業(yè)管理的一大難題,企業(yè)中資金管理是現(xiàn)代財務(wù)管理中重要的內(nèi)容之一,而企業(yè)的信息化程度直接影響著企業(yè)資金管理和資金利用的效率。隨著市場競爭環(huán)境的日益嚴酷,企業(yè)經(jīng)營所面臨的實際問題越來越多,若資金管理不善,或管理方式存在問題,那么企業(yè)可能會出現(xiàn)經(jīng)營不善等情況。隨著會計信息化在我國企業(yè)的應(yīng)用,一些企業(yè)由于受限于經(jīng)濟實力以及軟實力的掣肘,其中相當(dāng)一部分都停留在應(yīng)用會計信息化軟件進行財務(wù)(會計)核算的階段。而大型企業(yè),例如集團公司或跨國企業(yè),由于業(yè)務(wù)及市場競爭的剛性需求,大部分都進入到了通過信息化軟件進行財務(wù)管理(分析、決策)的階段,并實現(xiàn)了企業(yè)全面的財務(wù)業(yè)務(wù)一體化。本文正是基于這種背景展開研究,力圖從我國企業(yè)財務(wù)業(yè)務(wù)一體化管理的現(xiàn)狀出發(fā),以個案為研究方式。通過對Y公司的財務(wù)業(yè)務(wù)一體化現(xiàn)狀及Y公司的具體訴求進行分析,找出癥結(jié),參考我國和西方相關(guān)理論和經(jīng)驗,以用友財務(wù)軟件作為技術(shù)支撐,對Y公司進行財務(wù)業(yè)務(wù)一體化進行開發(fā)。提出適用Y公司財務(wù)業(yè)務(wù)一體化管理的有效方案,對Y公司擬設(shè)計通過構(gòu)造財務(wù)業(yè)務(wù)協(xié)同為核心,首先將企業(yè)的財務(wù)核算模塊和采購銷售模塊整合到一起,消除信息孤島現(xiàn)象,對企業(yè)的資金鏈、各類數(shù)據(jù)、上下游供應(yīng)鏈等實施統(tǒng)籌和分析決策。同時對企業(yè)的組織架構(gòu)進行重組,合理分配各個職能崗位,實現(xiàn)財務(wù)業(yè)務(wù)一體化共享模式,破除金字塔式組織架構(gòu),提高企業(yè)運作效率。在一體化平穩(wěn)運行之后,再逐步推廣到企業(yè)的其他層面。從而提高企業(yè)運營資金使用效率、降低企業(yè)風(fēng)險、減少損失、擴大交易、提高利潤、全面增強企業(yè)生存、發(fā)展和競爭能力。通過對Y公司財務(wù)一體化管理存在的問題分析,以及對Y公司財務(wù)一體化管理方案的設(shè)計,使Y公司在其業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)生的節(jié)點,其信息系統(tǒng)中的信息全部保存在系統(tǒng)之中,使企業(yè)的財務(wù)信息和業(yè)務(wù)信息得到實時的共享和互通。Y公司的財務(wù)管理數(shù)據(jù)信息與經(jīng)濟往來業(yè)務(wù)信息就可以做到高度共享。筆者研究架設(shè)了一種適合Y公司的一體化管理的方案,為了保證此路徑能夠在Y公司投入使用和穩(wěn)定運行,提出相對應(yīng)的應(yīng)對措施和指引,用來確保Y公司走上財務(wù)一體化管理的正軌。同時希望本文的研究能對提升我國尚未開展或急需提升財務(wù)業(yè)務(wù)一體化管理水平的企業(yè)有所幫助。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the development of information technology has been a difficult problem in the management of small and medium-sized enterprises of our country, the fund management companies is one of the important content in modern financial management, and the information level of the enterprises directly affects the efficiency of enterprise funds management and use of funds. As the market competition environment has become increasingly harsh, practical problems faced by the enterprise more and more, if the funds management problems, or management, so enterprises may have poor management. With the accounting information in Chinese enterprises, some enterprises due to the constraints due to the economic strength and soft power, a considerable number of them are stuck in the application of accounting information system of financial (Accounting) accounting stage. While large enterprises, such as group companies or multinational enterprises, because of the rigid demand and business competition in the market, most of them entered through Financial management information software (analysis, decision) stage, and to achieve a comprehensive integration of Finance and business enterprise. This thesis is developed based on this background, tries to proceed from the present situation of our country enterprise financial business integration management, case study. Through the specific demands of the Y company's financial situation and business integration Y's analysis, find out the crux of the problem, the reference of China and Western relevant theory and experience, the UF financial software as technical support, the Y company financial business integration development. Put forward the effective solutions for the integrated management of Y company's financial business, the company intends to Y design through the construction of financial cooperation as the core, the first enterprise financial accounting module and purchasing sales module together to eliminate the phenomenon of information island, the enterprise capital chain, all kinds of data on the downstream supply chain. At the same time, the enterprise organization structure reengineering, reasonable distribution of the various functions of the post, to achieve the integration of financial services sharing mode, get rid of the pyramid structure, improve the efficiency of enterprise operation. After the integration of the smooth operation, and then gradually extended to other aspects of enterprises. So as to improve the enterprise efficiency in the use of operating funds, reduce the risk of enterprises, reduce losses, expand trade, increase profits, enhance the enterprise survival, development and competitive ability. Through the existence of integrated financial management problems of Y company analysis, and the design scheme of integrated financial management of Y company, the Y company in the business of the nodes, the information system in all of the information stored in the system. So, the enterprise's financial information and business information to get real-time sharing and interoperability of.Y company's financial management information and business letters You can achieve a high degree of interest sharing. The author set up an integrated management plan for Y company, in order to ensure that this path can be put into use and stable operation in the Y company, put forward the corresponding measures and guidelines correspondingly, to ensure the integration of financial management track on the Y company. At the same time this study can hope to promote our country has not yet been carried out or the urgent need to enhance the integration of Finance and business management level to help the company.
