【摘要】:自改革開放以來,隨著中國經濟的快速發(fā)展,建筑業(yè)一直保持年增長率20%~30%的高速增長,但是,隨著中國經濟增速的放緩,建筑業(yè)的增速從2011年開始持續(xù)下滑。由于資源的限制、低碳經濟壓力和勞動力優(yōu)勢的逐漸消失,加之大數據時代的來臨,建筑業(yè)將進入新的歷史發(fā)展階段。這要求建筑業(yè)企業(yè)能夠充分認清當下的形勢,轉變思維,積極應對,探索新的發(fā)展模式。本課題以博大建設公司為研究對象,該公司為一家國有區(qū)屬建筑施工企業(yè),主要從事建筑施工總承包,因其獨特的區(qū)位優(yōu)勢和獨具特色的團隊理念加上強大技術能力,獲得的這個領域和本地市場的認同,公司的業(yè)務空間和數量也都有了迅猛的發(fā)展,在與本地同行業(yè)的競爭中發(fā)展勢頭良好,也有了實力能與業(yè)內其他大型公司一較高下。但隨著競爭的日益激烈以及同行經營策略的不斷改進,這個公司的劣勢也逐漸突出,這時博大建設公司的整體能力與其他公司相比也就有了頹勢,公司的發(fā)展遇到了瓶頸,加之國內建筑行業(yè)整體形勢不太樂觀,怎樣順應趨勢、改變現狀,爭取更快更好的發(fā)展是公司目前的首要難題。本課題通過對博大建設公司進行綜合調查研究,找到了博大建設公司在目前大經濟環(huán)境下的長板和短處,同時也為公司明確了前景和困難之處所在,并通過SWOT分析工具對其未來的戰(zhàn)略做出了深入的探尋,為博大建設公司面對當前的局面應該采取的措施和進行的變革闡述了我自己的見解,有助于博大建設公司跟著市場改革的步伐,獲取得健康的發(fā)展,強化競爭優(yōu)勢,塑造文化內涵,并在業(yè)界中持續(xù)保持領先地位。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, with the rapid development of China's economy, the construction industry has maintained an annual growth rate of 20% or 30%, but with the slowdown of China's economic growth. The growth rate of the construction industry has been declining since 2011. Due to resource constraints, the pressure on the low-carbon economy and the labor advantage have gradually disappeared, coupled with the advent of the big data era. Construction industry will enter a new stage of historical development, which requires construction enterprises to fully recognize the current situation, change their thinking, actively respond to, and explore a new development model. The company is a state-owned construction enterprise, mainly engaged in the construction of general contracting, because of its unique location advantages and unique team concept plus strong technical capabilities. With the recognition of this field and the local market, the business space and quantity of the company have also developed rapidly, and the development momentum is good in the competition with the local industry. It also has the strength to compete with other large companies in the industry, but with the increasing competition and the continuous improvement of the peer management strategy, the disadvantages of the company are becoming more and more prominent. At this time, compared with other companies, the overall capacity of BDA Construction Company has also declined, the development of the company has encountered bottlenecks, coupled with the overall situation of the domestic construction industry is not very optimistic, how to adapt to the trend, change the status quo. To strive for faster and better development is the company's current primary difficult problem. This topic through comprehensive investigation and research on the construction company to find the company in the current large economic environment in the long board and shortcomings. At the same time, it clarifies the prospects and difficulties for the company, and through the SWOT analysis tools to make a deep exploration of its future strategy. In order to face the current situation, the paper expounds my own views on the measures and changes that should be taken in the face of the current situation, which is helpful for the construction company to follow the pace of market reform and obtain a healthy development. Strengthen competitive advantage, shape cultural connotation, and continue to maintain a leading position in the industry.
