【摘要】:當(dāng)前全球化成為趨勢(shì),無(wú)論是經(jīng)濟(jì)還是社會(huì),國(guó)與國(guó)的界限越來(lái)越模糊,世界各國(guó)原本閉塞、隔離的局面被打破,國(guó)家之既有合作也有競(jìng)爭(zhēng)。中國(guó)作為世界第一大發(fā)展中國(guó)家,近半個(gè)世紀(jì)以來(lái)經(jīng)濟(jì)一直呈現(xiàn)飛速發(fā)展態(tài)勢(shì),使得中國(guó)企業(yè)國(guó)際化與發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家和其他發(fā)展中國(guó)家的國(guó)際化具有不同的特征。處于國(guó)際化初級(jí)階段的中國(guó)企業(yè),必須掌握國(guó)際化戰(zhàn)略的理論,充分發(fā)揮和利用已有的比較優(yōu)勢(shì),形成中國(guó)特色的國(guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,才能使自身的國(guó)際化得到穩(wěn)定,健康發(fā)展。改革開(kāi)放以來(lái),廣東省玩具產(chǎn)業(yè)得到了長(zhǎng)足的發(fā)展,玩具產(chǎn)業(yè)規(guī)模日益擴(kuò)大,貿(mào)易方式從最初以“代工模式”為特征的加工貿(mào)易逐漸升級(jí)到利用自有品牌,自有技術(shù)的一般貿(mào)易,并發(fā)展成為全球最大的玩具生產(chǎn)基地和出口基地。但是和美國(guó)、日本等國(guó)的玩具產(chǎn)業(yè)相比,廣東省玩具產(chǎn)業(yè)在產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量、品牌建設(shè)、產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)等方面還存在很大差距,廣東省玩具企業(yè)面臨著如何進(jìn)一步拓展國(guó)際市場(chǎng)的問(wèn)題。本文綜合運(yùn)用了企業(yè)管理、企業(yè)國(guó)際化戰(zhàn)略和國(guó)際貿(mào)易等相關(guān)理論,結(jié)合廣東省玩具企業(yè)出口三十多年的實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn),對(duì)廣東省玩具產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀、發(fā)展特色、存在的問(wèn)題等進(jìn)行了綜合分析,總結(jié)了國(guó)內(nèi)外成功的玩具品牌國(guó)際化戰(zhàn)略特點(diǎn)及經(jīng)驗(yàn),闡述了其對(duì)廣東省玩具產(chǎn)業(yè)國(guó)際化戰(zhàn)略制定的借鑒作用。系統(tǒng)地分析了廣東省玩具產(chǎn)業(yè)國(guó)際化戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施的模式選擇、具體戰(zhàn)略等;同時(shí),采用SWOT分析法,對(duì)廣東省玩具產(chǎn)業(yè)所表現(xiàn)出的優(yōu)勢(shì)、劣勢(shì)、機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn)進(jìn)行了分析,客觀地指出了廣東省玩具產(chǎn)業(yè)在國(guó)際化戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施過(guò)程中所具備的優(yōu)勢(shì)條件,不足之處及可能面臨的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)等。希望本文能為廣東省玩具產(chǎn)業(yè)的國(guó)際化戰(zhàn)略的制定提供政策和理論參考,能為廣東省各玩具生產(chǎn)企業(yè)在國(guó)際化戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施過(guò)程中遇到的困難給予些許幫助。
[Abstract]:At present, globalization has become a trend, whether economic or social, the boundaries between countries are becoming increasingly blurred, the world is originally closed, the situation of isolation has been broken. As the largest developing country in the world, China's economy has been developing rapidly in the past half century. The internationalization of Chinese enterprises has different characteristics from those of developed countries and other developing countries. Chinese enterprises in the initial stage of internationalization must master the theory of internationalization strategy. Only by giving full play to the existing comparative advantages and forming the international competitiveness with Chinese characteristics, can we make our internationalization stable and develop healthily. Since the reform and opening up, the toy industry of Guangdong Province has been greatly developed. The scale of toy industry is expanding day by day, and the trade mode is gradually upgraded from the processing trade characterized by "contract manufacturing mode" to the general trade using its own brand and technology. And developed into the world's largest toy production base and export base, but compared with the toy industry in the United States, Japan and other countries, the toy industry in Guangdong Province in product quality, brand building. There is still a big gap in the industrial structure, Guangdong toy enterprises are facing the problem of how to further expand the international market. This paper comprehensively uses the relevant theories of enterprise management, enterprise internationalization strategy and international trade. Combined with more than 30 years' practical experience of Guangdong toy enterprises' export, this paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the present situation, development characteristics and existing problems of toy industry in Guangdong Province. This paper summarizes the characteristics and experiences of the successful international strategy of toy brands at home and abroad. This paper expounds its reference to the internationalization strategy of Guangdong toy industry, and systematically analyzes the mode selection and concrete strategy of the implementation of the internationalization strategy of Guangdong toy industry. At the same time, the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and challenges of the toy industry in Guangdong Province are analyzed by using SWOT analysis method. It objectively points out the advantages of Guangdong toy industry in the process of implementing international strategy. I hope this paper can provide policy and theoretical reference for the internationalization strategy of Guangdong toy industry. It can give some help to the toy manufacturing enterprises in Guangdong province in the process of implementing international strategy.
