【摘要】:文章基于平準(zhǔn)化能源成本分析法(LCOE)計(jì)量模型,將風(fēng)電建設(shè)、運(yùn)行以及輸送、并網(wǎng)全過(guò)程進(jìn)行綜合考量,通過(guò)對(duì)風(fēng)電與火電的實(shí)際算例進(jìn)行實(shí)證研究,得出了風(fēng)電和火電的LCOE,進(jìn)而通過(guò)對(duì)影響風(fēng)電和火電LCOE的因素進(jìn)行比較分析,得出在影響風(fēng)電和火電LCOE的因素中,風(fēng)電的總投資成本以及年均并網(wǎng)開(kāi)機(jī)時(shí)間這兩個(gè)因素的變動(dòng)對(duì)風(fēng)電的LCOE的影響較大,且存在使風(fēng)電的LCOE與火電的LCOE相等的均衡點(diǎn);并得出在滿足特定情景的條件下,能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)風(fēng)電LCOE接近或低于火電LCOE的基本結(jié)論,提出降低風(fēng)電投資總成本、提高風(fēng)電上網(wǎng)發(fā)電時(shí)間的政策建議,以期實(shí)現(xiàn)有效降低風(fēng)電成本,提高風(fēng)電經(jīng)濟(jì)性的目的。
[Abstract]:Based on the LCOE metrological model, the wind power construction, operation, transmission and grid connection are comprehensively considered, and the actual examples of wind power and thermal power are studied empirically. The LCOE of wind power and thermal power is obtained, and the factors that affect LCOE of wind power and thermal power are compared and analyzed, and the factors affecting LCOE of wind power and thermal power are obtained. The total investment cost of wind power and the average annual connection time have a great influence on the LCOE of wind power, and there are equilibrium points which make the LCOE of wind power equal to the LCOE of thermal power. The basic conclusion that wind power LCOE is close to or lower than thermal power LCOE can be realized under the condition of satisfying the specific situation, and the policy suggestions of reducing the total cost of wind power investment and increasing the time of wind power generation online are put forward. In order to achieve the purpose of effectively reducing the cost of wind power and improving the economy of wind power.
