【摘要】：正企業(yè)競爭的關(guān)鍵在于企業(yè)員工的競爭,規(guī)劃好企業(yè)的培訓(xùn)管理工作可以提升企業(yè)員工的知識、技能水平,從而提升企業(yè)人力資源的競爭力。東莞亞洲印刷有限公司成立于1992年,現(xiàn)有員工3000多人。主要經(jīng)營紙張、包裝彩盒、文具用品及游戲套盒等高檔精美彩色包裝印刷業(yè)務(wù)。公司為適應(yīng)國際市場發(fā)展的趨勢及顧客的要求,不斷增加先進的機器設(shè)備及引進尖端印刷技術(shù),因此,公司需要持續(xù)對員工進行整體培訓(xùn),培訓(xùn)規(guī)劃必先行,才能邁出成功的第一步。培訓(xùn)管理的
