【摘要】：通過構(gòu)建知識產(chǎn)權(quán)強企指標體系,運用國家知識產(chǎn)權(quán)局2012—2014年54家示范企業(yè)知識產(chǎn)權(quán)數(shù)據(jù)及結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型建立了知識產(chǎn)權(quán)強企評價模型,測算了知識產(chǎn)權(quán)等核心指標對企業(yè)競爭力的貢獻度.研究表明:2012—2014年知識產(chǎn)權(quán)研發(fā)經(jīng)費占銷售收入的比例年均值為3.0%,知識產(chǎn)權(quán)經(jīng)費投入占研發(fā)經(jīng)費投入的比例年均值為1.0%,專利擁有量年均值為792.76件,專利實施率年均值為64.0%,知識產(chǎn)權(quán)轉(zhuǎn)讓收入占銷售收入的比例年均值為0.1%.知識產(chǎn)權(quán)對企業(yè)競爭力的影響力年均值為43.7%,若按照年均增長率為5%進行測算,2020年知識產(chǎn)權(quán)對企業(yè)競爭力的影響力應(yīng)達到49.2%,2025年知識產(chǎn)權(quán)對企業(yè)競爭力的影響力應(yīng)達到74.7%.
[Abstract]:By constructing the index system of intellectual property strong enterprises, using the intellectual property data and structural equation model of 54 demonstration enterprises in State intellectual property Office from 2012 to 2014, the evaluation model of intellectual property strong enterprises is established, and the contribution of core indicators such as intellectual property rights to the competitiveness of enterprises is calculated. The results show that the annual average proportion of intellectual property R & D expenditure to sales revenue is 3.0%, the proportion of intellectual property investment to R & D investment is 1.0%, the annual average value of patent ownership is 792.76, the annual average patent implementation rate is 64.0%, and the proportion of intellectual property transfer income to sales revenue is 0.1%. The average annual influence of intellectual property rights on the competitiveness of enterprises is 43.7%. If the average annual growth rate is 5%, the influence of intellectual property rights on the competitiveness of enterprises should reach 49.2% in 2020 and 74.7% in 2025.
