【摘要】：[目的/意義]高校圖書館社會化信息服務(wù)面臨的風險是不言而喻的,這些風險正在阻礙有關(guān)服務(wù)工作的進一步開展,研究高校圖書館社會化信息服務(wù)的風險分類,有利于有的放矢地控制風險,促進社會化信息服務(wù)向更高層次發(fā)展。[方法/過程]以風險管理的基本理論和方法為指導(dǎo),分析研究高校圖書館社會化信息服務(wù)風險的內(nèi)涵與分類,以風險規(guī)避、損失控制、控制型風險轉(zhuǎn)移三種基本方法進行風險控制。[結(jié)果/結(jié)論]研究結(jié)果得出:通過風險控制,可有效化解制約高校圖書館開展社會化信息服務(wù)亟待解決的資源、資金、人才、知識產(chǎn)權(quán)、目標用戶、制度保障等諸多風險。
[Abstract]:[purpose / significance] the risks faced by the socialized information service of university library are self-evident, and these risks are hindering the further development of the relevant service work. The study of the risk classification of the socialized information service of university library is beneficial to the targeted control of the risk and the promotion of the development of the socialized information service to a higher level. [methods / process] under the guidance of the basic theory and method of risk management, this paper analyzes and studies the connotation and classification of the risk of socialized information service in university library, and carries on the risk control by three basic methods: risk aversion, loss control and control risk transfer. [results / conclusion] the research results show that risk control can effectively resolve many risks, such as resources, funds, talents, intellectual property rights, target users, system guarantee and so on, which restrict the development of socialized information service in university libraries.
