超薄層數(shù)據(jù)采集分析系統(tǒng)的設計與實現(xiàn)

【摘要】:測井采集軟件對測井新技術的發(fā)展有著非常重要的作用,目前國際上共有三家測井公司擁有成像測井采集系統(tǒng),分別是斯倫貝謝公司、哈里伯頓公司和貝克休斯公司,但是斯倫貝謝公司及貝克休斯公司,由于種種原因?qū)χ袊鴮嵭屑夹g封鎖,無法購買上述公司的設備。哈里伯頓公司雖然可以提供成套的成像測井系統(tǒng),但是其設備不但價格昂貴,而且無法兼容5700優(yōu)勢測井項目,同時儀器的長度,無法滿足油田對鉆井及測井提速的要求。國內(nèi),近年來只有CPL有自主知識產(chǎn)權的成套測井設備,但是還是存在問題。大慶鉆探測井公司積極響應油田公司海外市場拓展的總體工作部署,努力開拓外埠市場。一直以來,測井公司由于沒有具有自主知識產(chǎn)權的國產(chǎn)成像測井裝備,在國際市場上的競爭只能依靠引進的成像裝備。但是全部依靠引進裝備所需資金巨大,同時引進的裝備由于制造廠家不希望出現(xiàn)在國際競爭的舞臺上,所以受到各種因素的制約,不能完全放開手腳。所以,需要研發(fā)出一套新型的具有自主知識產(chǎn)權的數(shù)控采集設備,形成數(shù)據(jù)采集軟件平臺系統(tǒng)以進軍國際市場。本篇論文主要研究內(nèi)容包括:(1)測井軟件采集新方法的研究;(2)地面系統(tǒng)板卡的設計與研究;(3)測井曲線實時顯示與曲線回放重計算方法的研究;(4)采集系統(tǒng)與主機之間的整合;(5)地面與井下儀器之間通訊方式的研究;(6)在地面軟件中增加示波器功能的方法研究;(7)將測井曲線實時存儲功能加入測井軟件,保證數(shù)據(jù)不丟失;(8)使用科學的軟件管理方式,將測井活動細化,簡化測井文件的管理程序。
[Abstract]:Logging acquisition software plays a very important role in the development of new logging technology. at present, there are three logging companies in the world that own imaging logging acquisition systems, namely Schlumberger, Halliburton and Baker Hughes. But Schlumberger and Baker Hughes, which imposed a technological blockade on China for a variety of reasons, were unable to buy the company's equipment. Although Halliburton can provide a complete set of imaging logging system, its equipment is not only expensive, but also can not be compatible with 5700 superior logging projects, at the same time, the length of the instrument can not meet the requirements of drilling and logging speed up in the oil field. In China, in recent years, only CPL has its own intellectual property rights of the complete set of logging equipment, but there are still problems. Daqing drilling and logging Company actively responds to the overall work plan of oil field company's overseas market expansion and strives to open up the foreign port market. For a long time, logging companies do not have domestic imaging logging equipment with independent intellectual property rights, so the competition in the international market can only rely on imported imaging equipment. However, all the funds needed to rely on the introduction of equipment are huge. At the same time, because manufacturers do not want to appear on the stage of international competition, they are restricted by various factors and can not completely let go of their hands and feet. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a new set of CNC acquisition equipment with independent intellectual property rights, and form a data acquisition software platform system to enter the international market. The main contents of this paper are as follows: (1) the research of new logging software acquisition method, (2) the design and research of surface system card, (3) the research of real-time display of logging curve and the calculation method of curve replay weight, (3) the research of real-time display of logging curve and the calculation method of curve replay weight. (4) the integration of acquisition system and host computer, (5) the research of communication mode between ground and downhole instruments, (6) the method of adding oscilloscope function to ground software, (5) the research of communication mode between ground and downhole instruments, and (6) the method of adding oscilloscope function to ground software. (7) the real-time storage function of logging curve is added to logging software to ensure that the data is not lost; (8) the logging activity is refined and the management program of logging file is simplified by using scientific software management mode.
