基于WinCE的高解析噴碼機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)程序的研究與開(kāi)發(fā)
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the widespread application of inkjet coding technology in food industry, people also have a certain understanding of inkjet coding machine. At present, the national requirements for the marking of products, especially food and drugs, are becoming more and more strict. Under the pressure of competition, manufacturers are looking for an effective way to solve this problem. For modern large-scale manufacturers, the preferred product to solve this problem is the inkjet printer. The domestic demand for inkjet printer is growing rapidly, and the domestic market has great potential. It is urgent to have more domestic manufacturers to develop and produce inkjet printer with independent intellectual property rights. This can not only meet the needs of domestic enterprises, greatly reduce the life-span cost of the inkjet printer, but also facilitate the technical reserve in the research and development of inkjet technology, and shorten the gap with the world's advanced jet printing technology. The importance of inkjet printer technology is self-evident. Inkjet printer is a kind of technology-intensive product, which is integrated with system technology, computer and information processing technology, automatic control technology, mechanical design technology and so on. In this paper, on the basis of the original inkjet code machine, a self-designed printing system suitable for the industrial packaging industry is designed, which uses the man-machine interface to meet the needs of the basic graphics such as digital, Chinese character, simple image, stream number and date, etc. Firstly, the background significance of the paper, the development status at home and abroad and the research significance of the paper are described, and then the hardware system and software platform of the embedded system of inkjet printer are introduced and designed in detail. The whole system platform is built with s3c2440A chip as the core of the embedded system. Secondly, the underlying driver is designed according to the signal needed by the sprinkler. The driving design of the extended performance of the inkjet printer system is described in detail. Finally, the test summary and future prospect of the system are carried out. In the early stage, the spraying code machine was equipped with Windows operating system to process the data and then transferred to the lower computer, which caused the sprayer system to be huge and complex, and the efficiency was low. In this paper, the WinCE and ARM9-based inkjet printer system is adopted, and the XJ128 on-demand spray printer is selected to design the hardware. The system combines the powerful data processing ability of ARM9 with the advantages of good real-time and clippability of WinCE, and integrates digital image processing with SPI bus data transmission. The application program and layered flow drive provide the signal needed by the inkjet code machine, which greatly improves the inkjet code efficiency and reduces the volume of the inkjet code machine, so it has good practical value.
