【摘要】：正2016年1月10日,我國(guó)自主研制的首批雙護(hù)盾TBM在成都完成總裝調(diào)試并成功下線。該雙護(hù)盾TBM整機(jī)集成技術(shù)、硬巖環(huán)境下高效破巖的刀盤刀具設(shè)計(jì)、不良地質(zhì)條件下的應(yīng)急處理設(shè)計(jì)等技術(shù)已經(jīng)達(dá)到世界先進(jìn)水平,標(biāo)志著我國(guó)TBM研制正在實(shí)現(xiàn)中國(guó)"智"造,也標(biāo)志著我國(guó)全斷面巖石掘進(jìn)機(jī)(TBM)的研發(fā)和應(yīng)用邁入了新的里程碑。特殊的地質(zhì)條件對(duì)設(shè)備提出了更高的要求。該臺(tái)雙護(hù)盾TBM開挖直徑5.48 m,設(shè)備全長(zhǎng)415 m,主機(jī)采用具有自主知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)
[Abstract]:On January 10, 2016, China's first batch of dual shield TBM was completed in Chengdu and successfully deactivated. The integrated technology of the dual shield TBM machine, the design of cutting tool with high efficiency in hard rock environment and the design of emergency treatment under bad geological conditions have reached the advanced level of the world, indicating that the development of TBM in our country is realizing "intelligent" construction in China. It also marks a new milestone in the development and application of (TBM). Special geological conditions put forward higher requirements for equipment. The TBM excavation diameter of this station is 5.48m, and the equipment is 415m in length. The mainframe adopts independent intellectual property rights.
