【摘要】：推進(jìn)供給側(cè)改革,促進(jìn)產(chǎn)業(yè)的轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí),必然涉及到原專(zhuān)利保護(hù)和產(chǎn)權(quán)轉(zhuǎn)移。供給側(cè)改革前后均會(huì)有大量的科技創(chuàng)新與許多的核心技術(shù)產(chǎn)生,在以往的發(fā)展過(guò)程中未能及時(shí)對(duì)知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)進(jìn)行有效保護(hù),出現(xiàn)了許多弊端,十分必要從供給側(cè)改革過(guò)程的專(zhuān)利保護(hù)與產(chǎn)權(quán)轉(zhuǎn)移問(wèn)題出發(fā)并展開(kāi)研究,深入分析供給側(cè)改革結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整中出現(xiàn)的專(zhuān)利保護(hù)與產(chǎn)權(quán)轉(zhuǎn)移過(guò)程中的現(xiàn)實(shí)問(wèn)題,研究專(zhuān)利出讓與保護(hù)以及產(chǎn)權(quán)轉(zhuǎn)移機(jī)制與操作對(duì)策。
[Abstract]:The promotion of supply-side reform and the promotion of industrial transformation and upgrading will inevitably involve the protection of original patents and the transfer of property rights. Before and after the supply-side reform, there will be a large number of scientific and technological innovations and many core technologies. In the past development process, intellectual property rights have not been effectively protected in a timely manner, resulting in many drawbacks. It is very necessary to study the patent protection and property right transfer in the process of supply-side reform, and analyze the practical problems in the process of patent protection and property right transfer in the adjustment of supply-side reform structure. Research patent transfer and protection as well as property rights transfer mechanism and operational countermeasures.
