【摘要】：隨著國(guó)內(nèi)核電事業(yè)的發(fā)展,需要開發(fā)具有自主知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)的百萬(wàn)千瓦級(jí)核電汽輪發(fā)電機(jī)。作為發(fā)電機(jī)的關(guān)鍵部件,定子鐵心的壓緊質(zhì)量直接影響發(fā)電機(jī)的運(yùn)行安全性和使用壽命。本文基于有限元分析結(jié)合現(xiàn)場(chǎng)試驗(yàn),探索如何提高定子鐵心的壓緊質(zhì)量。針對(duì)各種定子鐵心端部結(jié)構(gòu)型式和齒壓板內(nèi)傾量,基于ANSYS軟件分析了鐵心端部結(jié)構(gòu)的剛度和強(qiáng)度,從而明確了鐵心內(nèi)部壓力的分布狀況。有限元分析表明當(dāng)鐵心端部結(jié)構(gòu)采用型式Ⅲ、齒壓板內(nèi)傾量采用2.0mm時(shí),既能發(fā)揮出齒壓板的強(qiáng)度極限,又能使鐵心內(nèi)部壓力分布均勻,從而保證定子鐵心的壓緊質(zhì)量。工裝壓緊結(jié)構(gòu)的有限元分析表明,在分塊壓板處增加工裝支撐結(jié)構(gòu),可降低齒壓板應(yīng)力,增強(qiáng)鐵心階梯段的齒部壓力,從工藝上保證了定子鐵心的壓緊質(zhì)量。通過(guò)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)實(shí)際測(cè)量產(chǎn)品的齒壓板變形量,測(cè)量值與預(yù)測(cè)值基本吻合,各次加壓時(shí)測(cè)量的數(shù)據(jù)穩(wěn)定,證明對(duì)齒壓板采取的理論預(yù)補(bǔ)償是有效的。本文研究成果已經(jīng)應(yīng)用于百萬(wàn)千瓦級(jí)核電項(xiàng)目,從機(jī)理上保證了定子鐵心的壓緊質(zhì)量和運(yùn)行可靠性。
[Abstract]:With the development of domestic nuclear power industry, it is necessary to develop millions of kilowatt class nuclear turbine generators with independent intellectual property rights. As a key component of generator, the quality of stator core compaction directly affects the safety and service life of generator. Based on finite element analysis and field test, this paper explores how to improve the compaction quality of stator core.
