【摘要】：正9月7日,岳成所在北京召開(kāi)"圖書(shū)網(wǎng)絡(luò)銷(xiāo)售平臺(tái)法律責(zé)任研討會(huì)暨北京市岳成律師事務(wù)所《法律顧問(wèn)服務(wù)指南》打擊盜版新聞發(fā)布會(huì)"。會(huì)議邀請(qǐng)了國(guó)內(nèi)多名知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)法領(lǐng)域的專(zhuān)家學(xué)者、律師、出版發(fā)行機(jī)構(gòu)代表、知名作家等,就岳成所編著出版的《法律顧問(wèn)服務(wù)指南》遭受盜版侵權(quán)一案中涉及的"網(wǎng)絡(luò)圖書(shū)交易平臺(tái)的法律地位及責(zé)任"為題,討論
[Abstract]:On September 7, Yue Cheng held a conference in Beijing on the legal liability of the online book sales platform and a press conference on combating piracy by the legal consultant Service Guide of Beijing Yue Cheng Law firm. The meeting invited many domestic experts and scholars in the field of intellectual property law, lawyers, representatives of publishing and distribution organizations, well-known writers, etc. This paper discusses the topic of "legal status and responsibility of online book trading platform" in the case of copyright infringement in the Guide to legal Advisory Services compiled and published by Yue Cheng.
