實(shí)用型溫濕度巡檢儀的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)

【摘要】:在工業(yè)生產(chǎn)和人們?nèi)粘I钪?計(jì)量工作的重要性越來(lái)越明顯。計(jì)量是關(guān)乎農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)、科學(xué)研究、國(guó)防建設(shè)、資源控制、環(huán)境保護(hù)、公共安全、國(guó)內(nèi)外貿(mào)易和人們的生活、身體健康、生存質(zhì)量的基重要支撐性工作,要求計(jì)量管理過(guò)程規(guī)范,計(jì)量檢測(cè)過(guò)程精細(xì)。對(duì)計(jì)量工作而言,實(shí)用的檢測(cè)設(shè)備則格外重要,在計(jì)量工作中的熱工計(jì)量部分,所負(fù)責(zé)的工作是溫濕度、壓力和流量等量值的準(zhǔn)確傳遞,而在溫濕度校準(zhǔn)工作中重要的一個(gè)計(jì)量器具則是溫濕度巡檢儀,本文就是以上述的熱工計(jì)量為項(xiàng)目背景,進(jìn)行相關(guān)調(diào)研并完成實(shí)用型溫濕度巡檢儀的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)。 本設(shè)計(jì)以環(huán)境試驗(yàn)設(shè)備的溫濕度校準(zhǔn)工作為研究對(duì)象,針對(duì)其校準(zhǔn)設(shè)備存在價(jià)格昂貴、維護(hù)不便等問(wèn)題。旨在研制一臺(tái)有自主知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán),并適合環(huán)境試驗(yàn)設(shè)備校準(zhǔn)的實(shí)用型溫濕度巡檢儀。 設(shè)計(jì)中溫度測(cè)量部分的使用了PT100鉑熱電阻,這里避免了較為復(fù)雜的傳統(tǒng)電橋測(cè)溫法,取而代之是電位差計(jì)的方式,實(shí)現(xiàn)PT100鉑電阻的溫度測(cè)量。設(shè)備要求達(dá)到溫度測(cè)量±0.3。C與濕度測(cè)量±3%RH的基本誤差。實(shí)現(xiàn)溫濕度數(shù)據(jù)的實(shí)時(shí)采集、存儲(chǔ)與傳輸,較為簡(jiǎn)單的顯示界面和并不繁雜的基本操作。同時(shí),設(shè)計(jì)中濕度測(cè)量部分采用無(wú)線的方式,可在保證精度與有效距離范圍內(nèi)實(shí)時(shí)傳輸濕度數(shù)據(jù),一定程度上降低了工作人員的工作強(qiáng)度,并能提高其工作效率。 實(shí)用型溫濕度巡檢儀的整個(gè)系統(tǒng)采用模塊化的設(shè)計(jì),便于攜帶、可擴(kuò)充性良好、便于調(diào)試和設(shè)備維護(hù)與更新、具有較高的性價(jià)比。設(shè)備經(jīng)過(guò)嚴(yán)格的現(xiàn)場(chǎng)試驗(yàn),基本達(dá)到了預(yù)期的設(shè)計(jì)目標(biāo),可以完成環(huán)境試驗(yàn)設(shè)備溫濕度場(chǎng)的校準(zhǔn)工作,能夠較好的滿足企業(yè)對(duì)環(huán)境試驗(yàn)設(shè)備的校準(zhǔn)需求及其相關(guān)行業(yè)規(guī)范要求。
[Abstract]:In industrial production and people's daily life, the importance of measurement work is becoming more and more obvious. Measurement is an important supporting work related to agricultural production, scientific research, national defense construction, resource control, environmental protection, public safety, domestic and foreign trade and people's life, health and quality of life. The metrological process is fine. For metering work, practical testing equipment is especially important. In the thermal measurement part of metering work, the work is responsible for the accurate transmission of temperature, humidity, pressure and flow rate, etc. In the work of temperature and humidity calibration, an important measuring instrument is the temperature and humidity inspection instrument. In this paper, based on the above mentioned thermal measurement as the project background, the relevant investigation is carried out and the practical temperature and humidity inspection instrument is designed and implemented. This design takes the temperature and humidity calibration of the environmental test equipment as the research object, aiming at the problems of expensive price and inconvenient maintenance of the calibration equipment. The purpose of this paper is to develop a practical temperature and humidity inspection instrument which has independent intellectual property rights and is suitable for calibration of environmental test equipment. In the part of temperature measurement, PT100 platinum thermal resistance is used. Instead of the traditional bridge temperature measurement method, the temperature measurement of PT100 platinum resistance is realized by potentiometer instead. The basic errors of temperature measurement 鹵0.3.C and humidity measurement 鹵3%RH are achieved. The real-time acquisition, storage and transmission of temperature and humidity data, simple display interface and uncomplicated basic operation are realized. At the same time, the humidity measurement in the design adopts wireless mode, which can transmit humidity data in real time in the range of precision and effective distance, which can reduce the working intensity and improve the working efficiency to a certain extent. The whole system of practical temperature and humidity inspection instrument adopts modularized design, which is easy to carry, good expandability, easy to debug and equipment maintenance and update, and has high performance and price ratio. After strict field test, the equipment can basically achieve the expected design goal, can complete the calibration of temperature and humidity field of environmental test equipment, and can better meet the calibration requirements of environmental test equipment and related industry standards.
