【摘要】：信息通信技術(shù)的不斷發(fā)展致使當(dāng)代科研組織變地日益網(wǎng)絡(luò)化和虛擬化。文章在分析虛擬科研組織重要內(nèi)涵的基礎(chǔ)上認(rèn)為,當(dāng)代虛擬科研組織具有研究目標(biāo)一致、研究人員優(yōu)勢(shì)互補(bǔ)、組織結(jié)構(gòu)靈活、科技資源共享、知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)不明晰等特征。進(jìn)而基于STS的批判性視角指出:虛擬科研組織存在不斷加劇科學(xué)共同體的科層化趨勢(shì)、缺少制度性組織管理機(jī)制、引起很多新的社會(huì)性問題等三個(gè)方面的問題,必須從這些問題入手為我國(guó)虛擬科研組織構(gòu)建良好的外部發(fā)展環(huán)境。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of information and communication technology, contemporary scientific research organizations become increasingly networked and virtualized. Based on the analysis of the important connotation of virtual scientific research organization, this paper holds that the contemporary virtual scientific research organization has the characteristics of consistent research objectives, complementary advantages of researchers, flexible organizational structure, sharing of scientific and technological resources and unclear intellectual property rights. Then based on the critical perspective of STS, the author points out that virtual scientific research organizations have three problems, such as the tendency of increasing the stratification of science community, the lack of institutional organization management mechanism, and many new social problems. We must start with these problems to build a good external development environment for our virtual scientific research organizations.
