【摘要】：隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的迅速發(fā)展，，市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)日益激烈，產(chǎn)業(yè)組織的垂直分離致使企業(yè)紛紛脫離縱向一體化，專注于核心能力的不同企業(yè)利用各自的知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)的聯(lián)結(jié)關(guān)系，紛紛組成了一種新型的網(wǎng)絡(luò)——企業(yè)知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)網(wǎng)絡(luò)，提高對(duì)外部變化環(huán)境的適應(yīng)能力。但是，企業(yè)知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)網(wǎng)絡(luò)與其它網(wǎng)絡(luò)組織相同，在運(yùn)行過程中也存在著產(chǎn)業(yè)分工具有的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)和自身發(fā)展的缺陷。因此，要實(shí)現(xiàn)企業(yè)知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的健康與可持續(xù)發(fā)展，降低運(yùn)營(yíng)的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)，需要有效的網(wǎng)絡(luò)關(guān)系治理。 本論文的研究?jī)?nèi)容如下： 首先，本文從產(chǎn)業(yè)組織垂直分離出發(fā)，進(jìn)行了企業(yè)知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的概念界定，分析了企業(yè)知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的構(gòu)成要素，探討了企業(yè)知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)網(wǎng)絡(luò)運(yùn)作流程與演化機(jī)理，闡述了企業(yè)知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的聯(lián)結(jié)關(guān)系，奠定了企業(yè)知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)網(wǎng)絡(luò)關(guān)系治理研究的基礎(chǔ)。 其次，本文敘述了企業(yè)知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)網(wǎng)絡(luò)關(guān)系治理內(nèi)涵，分析了企業(yè)知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)網(wǎng)絡(luò)關(guān)系治理的必要性，闡明了企業(yè)知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)網(wǎng)絡(luò)關(guān)系治理的條件，介紹了企業(yè)知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)網(wǎng)絡(luò)關(guān)系治理的目標(biāo)，說明關(guān)系治理機(jī)制是保持網(wǎng)絡(luò)有效運(yùn)營(yíng)的重要手段。 最后，本文從組織成員合作機(jī)制、契約機(jī)制、網(wǎng)絡(luò)成員的信任機(jī)制、網(wǎng)絡(luò)組織成員的協(xié)調(diào)機(jī)制和自組織機(jī)制五個(gè)方面分別對(duì)企業(yè)知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)網(wǎng)絡(luò)關(guān)系治理的機(jī)制進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)研究。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economy and the increasingly fierce market competition, the vertical separation of industrial organizations has led enterprises to break away from vertical integration and focus on the core competence of different enterprises using their respective intellectual property connections. One after another, a new type of network, enterprise intellectual property network, has been formed to improve the adaptability to the external changing environment. However, the enterprise intellectual property network is the same as other network organizations, and it also has the risk of industrial division of labor and the defects of its own development in the process of operation. Therefore, in order to realize the healthy and sustainable development of enterprise intellectual property network and reduce the risk of operation, effective network relationship governance is needed. The research contents of this paper are as follows: firstly, this paper defines the concept of enterprise intellectual property network from the vertical separation of industrial organization, and analyzes the constituent elements of enterprise intellectual property network. This paper probes into the operation process and evolution mechanism of enterprise intellectual property network, expounds the connection relation of enterprise intellectual property network, and establishes the foundation of enterprise intellectual property network relation governance. Secondly, this paper describes the connotation of enterprise intellectual property network relationship governance, analyzes the necessity of enterprise intellectual property network relationship governance, and clarifies the conditions of enterprise intellectual property network relationship governance. This paper introduces the goal of enterprise intellectual property network relationship governance, and explains that the relationship governance mechanism is an important means to maintain the effective operation of the network. Finally, this paper studies the mechanism of enterprise intellectual property network governance from five aspects: cooperation mechanism, contract mechanism, trust mechanism of network member, coordination mechanism of network organization member and self-organization mechanism.
