熱拌環(huán)氧瀝青鋼橋面鋪裝材料評價與應(yīng)用研究
[Abstract]:With the sustained and rapid development of economy in China, the construction of bridges in China, especially steel box girder bridges, has been promoted. With the wide application of new materials and new structures, the construction technology of long-span steel box girder bridges, such as cable-stayed bridges and suspension bridges, has been greatly improved. At present, there are many kinds of steel bridge deck paving materials in China, among which epoxy asphalt is a kind of pavement material with excellent performance. Because of the difficulty of construction control and the high cost of epoxy asphalt pavement, To some extent, the popularization and application of epoxy asphalt is restricted. Therefore, it is necessary to develop epoxy asphalt materials with independent intellectual property rights and to study the construction control requirements of epoxy asphalt pavement. Firstly, the microstructure of epoxy asphalt was studied, and the curing mechanism and space structure of epoxy asphalt were analyzed. Secondly, this paper studies the performance evaluation of a new type of hot-mixed N-EA epoxy asphalt mixture. Compared with American ChemCo epoxy asphalt mixture and Japanese TAF epoxy asphalt mixture, the strength and water damage resistance of N-EA epoxy asphalt mixture were evaluated. High temperature stability, low temperature crack resistance and fatigue performance. Thirdly, this paper studies the properties of epoxy binder in bending deformation, high temperature resistance and drawing strength of waterproof adhesive layer of steel bridge deck pavement. Fourth, this paper studies the performance of a new kind of warm mixed N-DB epoxy asphalt mixture, and uses EA-10 gradation to study the related technical performance of steel bridge deck pavement. The optimum N-DB epoxy asphalt formula for pavement application was studied by AC-13C gradation. Finally, the construction technology and quality control measures of hot-mixed epoxy asphalt mixture are studied and evaluated in combination with the steel deck pavement engineering of Daxie No. 2 Bridge.
