【摘要】：正高等規(guī)聚丁烯(i PB)是一種非常特殊的聚烯烴材料,具有優(yōu)異的耐熱蠕變性能和耐應(yīng)力開裂性能,i PB的耐熱蠕變性要明顯優(yōu)于通用的聚丙烯(PP)和聚乙烯(PE),可在95℃下長(zhǎng)期使用,主要用于工業(yè)和民用冷熱水管及其配件上,是最好的地暖管材材料。目前,青島科技大學(xué)橡塑新材料合成與應(yīng)用團(tuán)隊(duì)在丁烯先進(jìn)聚合工藝、聚合物顆粒形態(tài)控制、高等規(guī)、高效催化劑的研究方面開發(fā)了具有知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)的丁烯聚合技術(shù),填補(bǔ)了我國(guó)i PB樹脂的生產(chǎn)空白。
