【摘要】：[目的/意義]為中國企業(yè)走向海上絲綢之路沿線國家導航,離不開對中國與沿線國家的專利關(guān)系研究。[方法/過程]利用世界知識產(chǎn)權(quán)局網(wǎng)站2001-2014年中國與海上絲綢之路沿線國家的專利數(shù)據(jù),研究中國與沿線國家的專利授權(quán)發(fā)展情況,并在貿(mào)易結(jié)合度指數(shù)的基礎上給出了專利結(jié)合度指數(shù)概念,然后采用Wolfram Mathematica軟件可視化分析中國與沿線國家的專利結(jié)合度情況。[結(jié)果/結(jié)論]中國對海上絲綢之路沿線國家的專利結(jié)合度差距比較大,沿線國家對中國的專利結(jié)合度指數(shù)變化比較平穩(wěn),相對而言,中國對與沿線國家的專利關(guān)系上主動性更強。
[Abstract]:Objective / significance: to guide Chinese enterprises to the countries along the Silk Road, it is necessary to study the patent relationship between China and the countries along the Silk Road. [methods / process] using patent data from the World intellectual property Office website 2001-2014 between China and countries along the Maritime Silk Road to study the development of patent authorizations in China and countries along the route, The concept of patent binding index is given on the basis of trade binding index, and then the patent binding degree between China and countries along the route is analyzed visually by Wolfram Mathematica software. [results / conclusion] China's patent binding degree to countries along the maritime Silk Road is quite large, and the patent binding index of the countries along the route is relatively stable. China is more active in patent relations with countries along the route.
