【摘要】：運(yùn)用耗散結(jié)構(gòu)理論分析我國(guó)知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)管理系統(tǒng)耗散結(jié)構(gòu)生成機(jī)制。首先,從理論上分析我國(guó)知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)管理系統(tǒng)耗散結(jié)構(gòu)存在的合理性及特征;其次,利用Brusselator模型對(duì)其進(jìn)行管理學(xué)轉(zhuǎn)譯,并選取2014-2015年統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù),對(duì)我國(guó)內(nèi)地30個(gè)地區(qū)知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)管理系統(tǒng)耗散結(jié)構(gòu)生成機(jī)制進(jìn)行實(shí)證檢驗(yàn)。研究結(jié)果顯示:現(xiàn)階段我國(guó)大多數(shù)地區(qū)知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)管理系統(tǒng)耗散結(jié)構(gòu)并未形成,形成耗散結(jié)構(gòu)的地區(qū)僅占13%,部分經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)達(dá)地區(qū)并沒(méi)有形成耗散結(jié)構(gòu),系統(tǒng)內(nèi)部無(wú)序性程度較高,阻礙了這些地區(qū)知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)管理水平的提升。
[Abstract]:Based on the theory of dissipative structure, the mechanism of generating dissipative structure of intellectual property management system in China is analyzed. Firstly, the rationality and characteristics of the dissipative structure of intellectual property management system in China are analyzed theoretically. Secondly, we use the Brusselator model to translate it into management, and select the statistical data from 2014-2015 to make an empirical test on the generation mechanism of dissipative structure of intellectual property management system in 30 regions of mainland China. The results show that at present, the dissipative structure of intellectual property management system in most regions of China has not been formed, only 13 areas have formed the dissipative structure, and some economically developed areas have not formed the dissipative structure. The higher degree of disorder in the system hinders the improvement of intellectual property management in these areas.
