專利保護(hù)下再制造閉環(huán)供應(yīng)鏈網(wǎng)絡(luò)均衡研究
[Abstract]:With the depletion of natural resources and the increasingly serious problem of environmental protection, the recycling and reuse of waste materials is of great significance to the sustainable development of the world, and has been highly valued at home and abroad. Many countries have legislated to hold manufacturers responsible for the entire life cycle of their products in an effort to conserve resources and protect the environment. For reasons such as cost or to gain a competitive advantage in the market, the original manufacturer may not recycle and reprocess used products, but instead reprocess them by a third party. This is bound to pose a certain threat to new products produced by producers. However, due to environmental legislation and other reasons, the original manufacturer can not prevent third-party re-manufacturers from recycling and reprocessing used products. In this case, the original manufacturer has to take certain measures, among which patent protection is one of the most effective means to take into account the deficiencies of existing literature research. The remanufacturing closed-loop supply chain network equilibrium model under patent protection is studied. The main research work is as follows: first, the concept of remanufacturing closed-loop supply chain network is discussed, the concept and mode of closed-loop supply chain are analyzed in detail, and then the definition and significance of closed-loop supply chain network are analyzed. Finally, the definition and flow of remanufacturing closed-loop supply chain network are discussed. Secondly, the intellectual property problem involved in remanufacturing process is further considered, and the definition of patent license and the intellectual property problem involved in remanufacturing process are given. Thirdly, the closed-loop supply chain network equilibrium problem is studied, which is composed of four layers of decision makers: manufacturer, retailer, consumer and third party manufacturer. Firstly, the independent decision-making behavior and its interaction of decision makers at different levels in the closed-loop supply chain network are analyzed, and the equilibrium model of the closed-loop supply chain network is described by using variational inequality theory. Finally, the equilibrium price and quantity of the closed-loop supply chain network are obtained.
