【摘要】：農(nóng)產(chǎn)品地理標(biāo)志保護(hù)是農(nóng)產(chǎn)品產(chǎn)地、人文環(huán)境保護(hù)及其品牌在國(guó)際上提高農(nóng)產(chǎn)品競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力和附加值的重要依托,農(nóng)產(chǎn)品產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展能夠帶動(dòng)當(dāng)?shù)禺a(chǎn)業(yè)鏈和產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的形成和發(fā)展。農(nóng)產(chǎn)品地理標(biāo)志保護(hù)工作我國(guó)起步較晚,但發(fā)展較快,本文舉例從壽陽(yáng)小米地理標(biāo)志登記保護(hù)各個(gè)流程出發(fā),闡釋了如何讓農(nóng)產(chǎn)品地理標(biāo)志成為區(qū)域特色農(nóng)產(chǎn)品標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化生產(chǎn)、加工、營(yíng)銷、品牌、追溯、監(jiān)管等的地理標(biāo)志產(chǎn)品內(nèi)涵。正確理解農(nóng)產(chǎn)品地理標(biāo)志保護(hù),理解其發(fā)展的積極意義,有助于我國(guó)在經(jīng)濟(jì)快速發(fā)展的同時(shí),根據(jù)TRIPS規(guī)則保護(hù)我國(guó)區(qū)域特色農(nóng)產(chǎn)品的知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán),讓農(nóng)產(chǎn)品地理標(biāo)志保護(hù)成為當(dāng)?shù)靥厣r(nóng)產(chǎn)品法律保護(hù)的重要內(nèi)容,讓農(nóng)產(chǎn)品地理標(biāo)志為農(nóng)業(yè)增效、農(nóng)民增收帶來(lái)更多的實(shí)實(shí)在在的效益。
[Abstract]:The protection of geographical indications of agricultural products is the origin of agricultural products. The protection of humanistic environment and its brand name are important to improve the competitiveness and added value of agricultural products in the world. The development of agricultural products industry can promote the formation and development of local industrial chains and industrial clusters. The protection of geographical indications of agricultural products started late in our country, but developed rapidly. This paper illustrates how to make geographical indications of agricultural products become the standardized production of agricultural products with regional characteristics, starting from the various processes of registration and protection of geographical indications of Xiaomi in Shouyang, China. Processing, marketing, brand, traceability, supervision and other geographical indications product connotation. A correct understanding of the protection of geographical indications of agricultural products and the positive significance of their development will help our country to protect the intellectual property rights of agricultural products with regional characteristics in accordance with the TRIPS rules while the economy is developing rapidly. The protection of geographical indications of agricultural products has become an important part of the legal protection of agricultural products with local characteristics, and the geographical indications of agricultural products can increase agricultural efficiency and bring more tangible benefits to farmers' income.
