【摘要】：在當(dāng)今知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)中,科學(xué)技術(shù)占據(jù)非常重要的位置,企業(yè)在激烈的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中脫穎而出的關(guān)鍵方法就是提升自己的創(chuàng)新能力,只有不斷地創(chuàng)新,才能保證不被市場(chǎng)所淘汰。而科技型小微企業(yè)是企業(yè)創(chuàng)新的代表,具有高創(chuàng)新性和高技術(shù)性的特點(diǎn),是未來(lái)高科技大型技術(shù)企業(yè)的基礎(chǔ)和萌芽。本文在分析山東省科技型小微企業(yè)創(chuàng)新能力現(xiàn)狀及存在問(wèn)題的基礎(chǔ)上,借鑒國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)者研究成果及企業(yè)創(chuàng)新能力的相關(guān)理論,將影響企業(yè)創(chuàng)新能力的因素分為創(chuàng)新資源的投入、企業(yè)家的管理能力、創(chuàng)新產(chǎn)出和外部創(chuàng)新環(huán)境四大方面,并選取15個(gè)指標(biāo)構(gòu)建了山東省科技型小微企業(yè)創(chuàng)新能力評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系。通過(guò)運(yùn)用層次分析法確定各指標(biāo)權(quán)重,并選取一個(gè)企業(yè)進(jìn)行實(shí)證,經(jīng)研究得出以下結(jié)論:第一,科技型小微企業(yè)的創(chuàng)新投入對(duì)其創(chuàng)新能力的影響很顯著,據(jù)此本文認(rèn)為增加研發(fā)經(jīng)費(fèi)投入及研發(fā)人員比重是提升山東省科技型小微企業(yè)創(chuàng)新能力的有效途徑之一;第二,科技型小微企業(yè)的創(chuàng)新產(chǎn)出對(duì)其創(chuàng)新能力的提升也很重要,據(jù)此本文認(rèn)為山東省科技型小微企業(yè)應(yīng)注重創(chuàng)新投入的產(chǎn)出,及時(shí)把創(chuàng)新能力轉(zhuǎn)化為生產(chǎn)力,提高創(chuàng)新產(chǎn)品的市場(chǎng)占有率,并注重專利、專有技術(shù)等知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)的申請(qǐng)保護(hù);第三,企業(yè)家管理能力中的企業(yè)家創(chuàng)新決策能力和外部創(chuàng)新環(huán)境中與外部組織的合作對(duì)提升山東省科技型小微企業(yè)創(chuàng)新能力也有比較重要的影響,據(jù)此本文認(rèn)為科技型小微企業(yè)應(yīng)提高其領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者的創(chuàng)新決策能力,同時(shí)應(yīng)注意通過(guò)與外部組織的協(xié)同合作提升其創(chuàng)新能力。
[Abstract]:In the knowledge economy society, science and technology occupy a very important position. The key method for enterprises to stand out in the fierce market competition is to improve their own innovation ability. Only by constantly innovating, can they be guaranteed not to be eliminated by the market. Science and technology small and micro enterprises are the representatives of enterprise innovation, with the characteristics of high innovation and high technology, which is the foundation and germination of large high-tech enterprises in the future. On the basis of analyzing the present situation and existing problems of innovation ability of small and micro enterprises of science and technology type in Shandong Province, this paper draws lessons from the research results of scholars at home and abroad and the relevant theories of enterprise innovation ability, and divides the factors that affect the innovation ability of enterprises into the input of innovation resources. There are four aspects of entrepreneur's management ability, innovation output and external innovation environment, and 15 indexes are selected to construct the evaluation index system of innovation ability of science and technology small and micro enterprises in Shandong Province. Through the use of AHP to determine the weight of each index, and select an enterprise for empirical research, the following conclusions are drawn: first, the innovation investment of small and micro science and technology enterprises has a significant impact on their innovation ability. Therefore, this paper holds that increasing R & D expenditure and proportion of R & D personnel is one of the effective ways to enhance the innovation ability of small and micro enterprises in Shandong Province. Secondly, the innovation output of small and micro enterprises of science and technology type is also very important to the improvement of their innovation ability. Based on this, this paper holds that small and micro enterprises of science and technology in Shandong should pay attention to the output of innovation input, transform innovation ability into productivity in time, increase the market share of innovative products, and pay attention to the application and protection of intellectual property rights such as patent, proprietary technology, etc. Third, the entrepreneurial innovation decision-making ability in the entrepreneur management ability and the cooperation with the external organization in the external innovation environment also have relatively important influence on promoting the innovation ability of the small and micro enterprises of science and technology type in Shandong Province. Based on this, this paper holds that small and microenterprises of science and technology type should improve their innovative decision-making ability of their leaders, and at the same time, they should pay attention to enhancing their innovation ability by cooperating with external organizations.
