M檢測公司核心競爭力提升策略研究
[Abstract]:From the current social and economic development situation, has entered a new stage of development. In order to realize the sustainable development of economy, it is necessary to establish a testing organization with development scale and good service ability. This is mainly because excellent testing agencies are the prerequisite for law enforcement to carry out their duties, and can also provide standardized testing to ensure national economic construction. At present, due to the fairness, objectivity and professionalism of the testing organization, it is widely used in all kinds of commercial activities. Therefore, it is particularly important in raising people's living standards and accelerating the development of international trade. Since the beginning of the new century, third-party testing institutions have developed very rapidly in China, especially after the new economic era, and the domestic market has opened to the outside world, which has led to the continuous influx of large quantities of testing institutions into the country. Promote our country in the market of testing institutions and the adjustment of testing mechanisms to carry out rectification. With the development of third-party testing institutions in China, it plays a more and more important role in our market economy. At present, the testing organization has become the most promising industry in the service industry in our country. M testing company is an early testing organization in China. Its customers are in many industries, such as roads, bridges, marine vessels, And traditional steel construction, the company also provides NDT personnel training and thickness measurement and other services. With the development of M testing company, the product and service of the company is becoming more and more diversified, and the ability of product and service is gradually strengthened, and the challenge is more and more. For this reason, this paper selects M testing company as the main body of research, through in-depth analysis of its all-round and multi-angle, to find the way to improve the competitiveness of the company, so as to achieve the high-quality development of enterprises. This paper analyzes and describes the following aspects: the development course, general situation and prospect of the testing company; the theory of the company's core competence, the training plan and the present situation of the domestic inspection field. Through the analysis and summary of these aspects, taking M testing company as the research object, analyzing its position in domestic testing industry, researching and analyzing the company's internal structure, development target, customer group, management system, etc. Look for the problems in the industry and determine the factors affecting its core competitiveness. By analyzing the existing problems of M Company in all directions, starting from the aspects of system construction, corporate culture, innovation ability, organizational structure and so on, strengthening the product service ability and intellectual property construction of the company. Improve the company's product innovation ability and develop a marketing plan suitable to enhance M company's competitiveness.
