大學(xué)生網(wǎng)絡(luò)行為問(wèn)題研究

【摘要】:二十一世紀(jì)是互聯(lián)網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)高速發(fā)展的時(shí)代。在互聯(lián)網(wǎng)中,人們可以最大限度的釋放自己的自由意志,實(shí)現(xiàn)信息的暢通交流。我國(guó)目前互聯(lián)網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)正處于飛速發(fā)展的階段,截止到2013年6月底,我國(guó)已知的上網(wǎng)人數(shù)已經(jīng)達(dá)到了驚人的5.91億。這其中,大學(xué)生群體占到了極大的比重;ヂ(lián)網(wǎng)的自由并不是絕對(duì)的,網(wǎng)絡(luò)的自由應(yīng)當(dāng)遵循平等、寬容等人類共處和交流的基本道德準(zhǔn)則并且應(yīng)當(dāng)在法律的規(guī)制范圍之內(nèi)進(jìn)行活動(dòng)。由于廣大大學(xué)生普遍存在社會(huì)閱歷不足、不容易辨清是非、自制能力差的特點(diǎn)以及傳統(tǒng)教育對(duì)大學(xué)生網(wǎng)絡(luò)行為規(guī)范方面的缺失,面對(duì)蜂擁而至的互聯(lián)網(wǎng)新奇信息,當(dāng)代大學(xué)生在網(wǎng)絡(luò)活動(dòng)中普遍存在著沉迷網(wǎng)絡(luò)游戲、瀏覽色情網(wǎng)頁(yè)、傳播虛假信息、侵犯他人知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)等網(wǎng)絡(luò)行為失范的問(wèn)題。 面對(duì)上述問(wèn)題,,本文從深入調(diào)查大學(xué)生具體網(wǎng)絡(luò)失范行為的角度入手,通過(guò)比較詳實(shí)的問(wèn)卷、訪談和文獻(xiàn)方法,細(xì)致分析當(dāng)代大學(xué)生互聯(lián)網(wǎng)絡(luò)失范行為的特點(diǎn)以及具體表現(xiàn),在對(duì)上網(wǎng)大學(xué)生普遍存在的網(wǎng)絡(luò)失范行為產(chǎn)生的內(nèi)在和外在原因的分析的基礎(chǔ)上,參考國(guó)外互聯(lián)網(wǎng)絡(luò)發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家對(duì)相關(guān)問(wèn)題的具體解決方案,結(jié)合我國(guó)現(xiàn)階段國(guó)情,提出應(yīng)當(dāng)從強(qiáng)化大學(xué)生網(wǎng)絡(luò)道德教育、構(gòu)筑和諧的網(wǎng)絡(luò)校園文化、培養(yǎng)大學(xué)生高尚的網(wǎng)絡(luò)情操、建立大學(xué)生網(wǎng)絡(luò)誠(chéng)信檔案以及完善網(wǎng)絡(luò)立法及相關(guān)政策規(guī)范的角度解決和引導(dǎo)在校大學(xué)生的互聯(lián)網(wǎng)絡(luò)行為失范問(wèn)題。 最后,文章得出結(jié)論:互聯(lián)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的飛速發(fā)展,無(wú)論是對(duì)于學(xué)校、家長(zhǎng)、社會(huì)還是大學(xué)生群體自身而言,都是機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn)并存的。面對(duì)大學(xué)生的網(wǎng)絡(luò)行為失范問(wèn)題,不僅僅需要教育工作者在學(xué)校加強(qiáng)思想教育,而且還需要家長(zhǎng)、社會(huì)的積極引導(dǎo),甚至可以從法律的層面對(duì)其進(jìn)行規(guī)范,形成健全的大學(xué)生網(wǎng)絡(luò)行為規(guī)范機(jī)制,只有這樣,才可以保障大學(xué)生在新的信息時(shí)代更加積極健康地成長(zhǎng)。
[Abstract]:The 21st century is an era of rapid development of Internet technology. In the Internet, people can release their free will to the greatest extent and realize the smooth exchange of information. The freedom of the Internet is not absolute. The freedom of the Internet should follow the basic moral principles of human coexistence and communication, such as equality, tolerance and so on, and should be carried out within the scope of legal regulation. Because the majority of college students generally lack social experience, it is not easy to distinguish them. Right and wrong, the characteristics of poor self-control and the lack of traditional education on the norms of College Students'network behavior, in the face of the flood of new information on the Internet, contemporary college students in network activities are generally addicted to online games, browse pornographic web pages, disseminate false information, infringe on other people's intellectual property rights and other network behavior anomies.
In the face of the above problems, this article from the perspective of in-depth investigation of College Students'specific network anomie behavior, through more detailed questionnaires, interviews and literature methods, a detailed analysis of contemporary college students' Internet anomie behavior characteristics and specific manifestations, in the network of the widespread anomie of the internal and external causes of behavior. On the basis of the analysis and referring to the concrete solutions to the related problems of the developed countries of the Internet abroad and the current situation of our country, this paper puts forward that we should strengthen college students'network moral education, construct harmonious network campus culture, cultivate college students' noble network sentiment, establish college students'network integrity files and perfect the network. From the perspective of legislation and related policies and regulations, we should solve and guide college students' Internet Behavior Anomie.
Finally, the article draws a conclusion: the rapid development of the Internet, whether for schools, parents, society or college students themselves, are both opportunities and challenges. Faced with the problem of College Students'network behavior anomie, not only need educators to strengthen ideological education in schools, but also need parents, the community to actively guide. Guidance, even from the legal level of its norms, to form a sound mechanism for college students to regulate network behavior, only in this way, can we ensure that college students in the new information age more active and healthy growth.
