面向智能控制領(lǐng)域的項(xiàng)目管理平臺(tái)研究與應(yīng)用
[Abstract]:With the development and expansion of construction machinery industry, the number of intelligent control system projects developed on all kinds of construction machinery products has increased greatly. The research content almost involves the design and development of intelligent control system for the whole series of construction machinery products. How to manage the R & D and maintenance projects and excavate intellectual property rights in advance has become an important part of science and technology management. In view of the current situation of intelligent product science and technology management and the need of information development, a project management platform for intelligent control project management in construction machinery industry is developed to achieve high efficiency intelligent control technology project control. It also ensures that the technical secret and intellectual property involved in the intelligent control technology project are effectively protected by law. In view of the present situation of the project management platform, the development and future trend of the intelligent product project management theory and the project management platform at home and abroad are studied and analyzed. Combined with the actual situation of enterprise intelligent product project management, the project management platform is researched, designed, developed and tested strictly according to the requirements of software engineering management. First of all, the functional and non-functional requirements of the system are analyzed to understand the basic functions of the system, and then the application architecture, running environment and performance requirements of the system are determined according to the analysis of the non-functional requirements. According to the function requirement analysis, the system function is designed in detail; then, according to the function design, the intelligent control product project management platform is realized. Finally, the system is tested in detail and the expected function is realized. Intelligent control product project management platform can help managers to control the product development process effectively. The platform has been running steadily since it was put into operation in January 2014. It can effectively enhance the degree of controllable management of the project by the department in charge of the enterprise intelligent control products, save the time of the project and ensure the smooth completion of the project. Improve the overall operational efficiency of the project.
