基于BP神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的中關(guān)村示范區(qū)企業(yè)專利創(chuàng)造與運(yùn)用績效評估
[Abstract]:Abstract: with the rapid development of knowledge economy, intellectual property rights have become the focus of competition between countries and enterprises. As the core content of intellectual property rights, patent has become an important content for countries and enterprises to formulate development strategies. However, in recent years, at the same time of rapid economic development, most enterprises have a relatively shallow understanding of patents, do not have their own core patents and can not be used efficiently for patents, resulting in enterprises unable to develop in a long-term and healthy manner. At a disadvantage in competition in the same industry. Therefore, it is very important to establish an objective and fair evaluation system of patent creation and application performance, which is helpful to the establishment and development of patent strategy. This paper first introduces the research status of patent creation and application performance at home and abroad and Zhongguancun demonstration area, and expounds the significance of the current research on enterprise patent creation and application performance evaluation. Secondly, through reading a lot of related literature, this paper defines the related concepts such as patent, performance evaluation and BP neural network, and introduces two evaluation methods. Then, on the understanding of the establishment principle of enterprise patent related concept and evaluation index, the technical index, management index and market value index are established. The evaluation index system of enterprise patent creation and application of economic index, environmental index, 5 first-class index and 17 second-class index. On the basis of this index system, the model of enterprise patent creation and application performance evaluation based on BP neural network is constructed by using BP neural network theory. At the end of this paper, we select the situation of patent creation and application of Datang Telecom as an example to evaluate the performance of patent creation and application of Datang Telecom through grey multi-level evaluation method. Then the evaluation based on BP neural network is carried out to evaluate the performance of patent creation and application of Datang Telecom. The evaluation results are consistent with the grey multi-level evaluation results, which proves the rationality of the evaluation index system designed in this paper. At the same time, it proves the feasibility and correctness of BP neural network applied to enterprise patent creation and performance evaluation, and obtains the superiority of BP neural network by comparing the two methods. For the healthy development of Chinese enterprises and improve the competitiveness of the market to provide help.
