電腦橫機(jī)運動控制技術(shù)的研究與實現(xiàn)
[Abstract]:In recent years, the domestic flat machine demand is increasing, but the domestic flat machine technology is relatively backward, the high-grade flat machine market is occupied by the foreign countries, the price is high. In order to fill the gap in the domestic market, enrich the variety of the domestic computer flat machine control system and improve the technical level of the domestic flat machine, this paper is devoted to the research and development of the computer flat machine control system with independent intellectual property rights. In this paper, the structure of single head double system flat machine is analyzed in detail, and the working principle of flat machine is deeply studied. According to the demand of control and user, the hardware structure of CNC system is established. ARM Linux is used as the system platform of upper computer and middle computer. This paper introduces the general working principle of the flat machine software system, and realizes the overall flow chart of the motion control software. The state machine diagram of motion control system is introduced emphatically. The communication interface between upper and lower computer is realized. For the key technology of the motion control system of the horizontal machine, the file format and the interpretation module of the FKW file (the working file of the horizontal machine) are realized, and the three motors and the moving parts of the head of the flat machine are controlled according to it. In view of the fact that the FKW file only provides two known conditions: the total pulse number and the total running time of the motor, the interpolation technology of servo motor based on time constraint is realized. Aiming at the interference of the speed and slow vehicle signal and the speed regulation demand of the flat machine, the signal processing module of the speed and slow car and the speed regulation control method of the speed and slow car are realized. In addition, the starting pause control of the main servo, the control of the shaking table servo, the control of the main roller motor and so on are realized. A verification system consisting of 3 boards and 3 sets of motors is built. Then, the software and hardware system is verified and debugged, and two typical woolen sweater fabric drawings are provided.
