【摘要】：正2016年10月27日上午,2016年中國(guó)圖書(shū)館年會(huì)第11分會(huì)場(chǎng)"圖書(shū)館法律與知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)"論壇如期舉行。該論壇是由中國(guó)圖書(shū)館學(xué)會(huì)學(xué)術(shù)研究委員會(huì)圖書(shū)館法律與知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)專(zhuān)業(yè)委員會(huì)主辦,黑龍江省圖書(shū)館、黑龍江大學(xué)信息管理學(xué)院承辦,圍繞圖書(shū)館立法進(jìn)程、現(xiàn)實(shí)法律環(huán)境以及由此引發(fā)的矛盾和解決策略,特邀圖書(shū)館界法律、知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)專(zhuān)家做主旨報(bào)告,與本領(lǐng)域相關(guān)的年會(huì)征文獲獎(jiǎng)?wù)咦鰰?huì)議
[Abstract]:On the morning of October 27, 2016, the "Library Law and intellectual property" Forum will be held as scheduled. The forum is sponsored by the academic Research Committee of the Chinese Library Society, the Library Law and intellectual property Professional Committee, the Heilongjiang Province Library and the Information Management School of Heilongjiang University, and revolves around the legislative process of the library. The actual legal environment and the resulting contradictions and solutions are specially invited to the library law and intellectual property experts to give keynote reports, and the winners of the annual conference papers related to the field will be held.
