【摘要】：正2016年10月27日上午,2016年中國圖書館年會第11分會場"圖書館法律與知識產權"論壇如期舉行。該論壇是由中國圖書館學會學術研究委員會圖書館法律與知識產權專業(yè)委員會主辦,黑龍江省圖書館、黑龍江大學信息管理學院承辦,圍繞圖書館立法進程、現(xiàn)實法律環(huán)境以及由此引發(fā)的矛盾和解決策略,特邀圖書館界法律、知識產權專家做主旨報告,與本領域相關的年會征文獲獎者做會議
[Abstract]:On the morning of October 27, 2016, the "Library Law and intellectual property" Forum will be held as scheduled. The forum is sponsored by the academic Research Committee of the Chinese Library Society, the Library Law and intellectual property Professional Committee, the Heilongjiang Province Library and the Information Management School of Heilongjiang University, and revolves around the legislative process of the library. The actual legal environment and the resulting contradictions and solutions are specially invited to the library law and intellectual property experts to give keynote reports, and the winners of the annual conference papers related to the field will be held.
