基于工業(yè)以太網(wǎng)的動車組列車級網(wǎng)絡(luò)仿真研究
[Abstract]:As one of the key technologies of EMU, Train Communication Network (TCN) is responsible for train control, diagnosis and monitoring information sharing, which relates to the safety of train operation and passenger ride comfort, and is of great significance to its research. With the development of EMU towards high speed, automation and comfort, the train communication network needs to meet the new requirements of passenger information transmission and remote diagnosis, and the existing train communication network is limited by the communication bandwidth. It has been difficult to meet the new requirements under the large amount of data transmission. Industrial Ethernet has become the development trend of control network because of its high communication rate, flexible networking and low cost. With the continuous development and improvement of industrial Ethernet, it is also applied to train communication network, and has become a development direction of train communication network. In this paper, the application of industrial Ethernet in train communication network is studied. According to the function of train level network equipment of CRH2 EMU and the requirement of transmission information, the train level network simulation system of 2M2T is constructed based on real-time Ethernet Ethernet Powerlink technology. It has a positive effect on the application of real-time Ethernet in train communication network and the development of our own intellectual property Ethernet train communication network. Firstly, according to the trend of train communication network, the application of industrial Ethernet in train communication network is studied. The Ethernet Powerlink technology of real time Ethernet is analyzed in detail, and its real-time communication mechanism, networking principle and realization process are mastered. Then, a train level network simulation system is designed, the simulation system is divided into simulation function modules, and each functional module of the simulation system is realized. The simulation of train level equipment is realized by using LabVIEW software, the central device simulation software, terminal device simulation software and monitor simulation software are completed, and the data interface is defined, and the Ethernet Powerlink network is realized based on Windows. The train level network communication simulation based on Ethernet Powerlink is completed. Finally, the train level network simulation system is tested on the train level network built by PC and Ethernet hub. The results show that the real-time Ethernet Ethernet Powerlink technology can meet the requirements of train level network communication, and the simulation system can successfully simulate the generation and response of train control commands, the state collection and monitoring of on-board equipment. The functions of fault generation and display and real-time transmission of information meet the design requirements.
