基于工業(yè)以太網(wǎng)的動車組列車級網(wǎng)絡(luò)仿真研究

【摘要】:列車通信網(wǎng)絡(luò)作為動車組的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)之一,負責列車的控制、診斷和監(jiān)視信息的共享,關(guān)系著列車運行的安全性與旅客乘坐的舒適性,對其研究意義重大。隨著動車組向著高速化、自動化和舒適化的方向發(fā)展,列車通信網(wǎng)絡(luò)需要滿足旅客信息傳輸和遠程診斷等新的需求,現(xiàn)有的列車通信網(wǎng)絡(luò)受到通信帶寬的限制,已難以滿足新需求下的大數(shù)據(jù)量傳輸。工業(yè)以太網(wǎng)具有通信速率高、組網(wǎng)靈活以及成本低等優(yōu)點,已成為控制網(wǎng)絡(luò)的發(fā)展趨勢。隨著工業(yè)以太網(wǎng)的不斷發(fā)展與完善,它也被應用到列車通信網(wǎng)絡(luò)中,并成為了列車通信網(wǎng)絡(luò)的一種發(fā)展方向。 本文對工業(yè)以太網(wǎng)在列車通信網(wǎng)絡(luò)中的應用進行了研究,根據(jù)CRH2型動車組列車級網(wǎng)絡(luò)設(shè)備功能和傳輸信息要求,基于實時以太網(wǎng)Ethernet Powerlink技術(shù)構(gòu)建了2M2T的列車級網(wǎng)絡(luò)仿真系統(tǒng)。對實時以太網(wǎng)在列車通信網(wǎng)絡(luò)中的應用和我國自主知識產(chǎn)權(quán)以太網(wǎng)列車通信網(wǎng)絡(luò)的研制具有積極的作用。 首先,根據(jù)列車通信網(wǎng)絡(luò)發(fā)展趨勢,研究了工業(yè)以太網(wǎng)在列車通信網(wǎng)絡(luò)中的應用。詳細分析了實時以太網(wǎng)Ethernet Powerlink技術(shù),掌握了其實時通信機制、組網(wǎng)原理和實現(xiàn)過程。 然后,設(shè)計了一個列車級網(wǎng)絡(luò)仿真系統(tǒng),對仿真系統(tǒng)進行了仿真功能模塊劃分,并具體實現(xiàn)了仿真系統(tǒng)的各功能模塊。利用LabVIEW軟件實現(xiàn)了對列車級設(shè)備的仿真,完成了中央裝置仿真軟件、終端裝置仿真軟件和監(jiān)視器仿真軟件,并定義了數(shù)據(jù)接口;基于Windows實現(xiàn)了Ethernet Powerlink網(wǎng)絡(luò),完成了基于Ethernet Powerlink的列車級網(wǎng)絡(luò)通信仿真。 最后,在利用PC機和以太網(wǎng)集線器搭建起來的列車級網(wǎng)絡(luò)上,完成了對列車級網(wǎng)絡(luò)仿真系統(tǒng)的測試。結(jié)果表明:實時以太網(wǎng)Ethernet Powerlink技術(shù)可以很好地滿足列車級網(wǎng)絡(luò)通信要求;仿真系統(tǒng)能夠成功模擬列車控制命令的產(chǎn)生與響應、車載設(shè)備狀態(tài)收集與監(jiān)控、故障產(chǎn)生與顯示以及信息的實時傳輸?shù)裙δ?達到了設(shè)計要求。
[Abstract]:As one of the key technologies of EMU, Train Communication Network (TCN) is responsible for train control, diagnosis and monitoring information sharing, which relates to the safety of train operation and passenger ride comfort, and is of great significance to its research. With the development of EMU towards high speed, automation and comfort, the train communication network needs to meet the new requirements of passenger information transmission and remote diagnosis, and the existing train communication network is limited by the communication bandwidth. It has been difficult to meet the new requirements under the large amount of data transmission. Industrial Ethernet has become the development trend of control network because of its high communication rate, flexible networking and low cost. With the continuous development and improvement of industrial Ethernet, it is also applied to train communication network, and has become a development direction of train communication network. In this paper, the application of industrial Ethernet in train communication network is studied. According to the function of train level network equipment of CRH2 EMU and the requirement of transmission information, the train level network simulation system of 2M2T is constructed based on real-time Ethernet Ethernet Powerlink technology. It has a positive effect on the application of real-time Ethernet in train communication network and the development of our own intellectual property Ethernet train communication network. Firstly, according to the trend of train communication network, the application of industrial Ethernet in train communication network is studied. The Ethernet Powerlink technology of real time Ethernet is analyzed in detail, and its real-time communication mechanism, networking principle and realization process are mastered. Then, a train level network simulation system is designed, the simulation system is divided into simulation function modules, and each functional module of the simulation system is realized. The simulation of train level equipment is realized by using LabVIEW software, the central device simulation software, terminal device simulation software and monitor simulation software are completed, and the data interface is defined, and the Ethernet Powerlink network is realized based on Windows. The train level network communication simulation based on Ethernet Powerlink is completed. Finally, the train level network simulation system is tested on the train level network built by PC and Ethernet hub. The results show that the real-time Ethernet Ethernet Powerlink technology can meet the requirements of train level network communication, and the simulation system can successfully simulate the generation and response of train control commands, the state collection and monitoring of on-board equipment. The functions of fault generation and display and real-time transmission of information meet the design requirements.
