【摘要】：全球產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整與變化，新一輪國際分工格局形成，資源約束以及生態(tài)環(huán)境和諧發(fā)展的要求，使得發(fā)經(jīng)濟發(fā)展方式由粗放型向集約型轉(zhuǎn)變。具有自立性、創(chuàng)新性和戰(zhàn)略性，資源消耗低、環(huán)境污染少的高技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)逐漸成為各國經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的主導(dǎo)產(chǎn)業(yè)。激烈的國際競爭，又要求高技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)減少技術(shù)依賴，提高自主創(chuàng)新能力，以獲得更強的國際競爭力。因此，提高自主創(chuàng)新能力，擁有自主知識產(chǎn)權(quán)的核心技術(shù)，成為各國（地區(qū)）高技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的重要方向。 本研究根據(jù)近年重慶市高技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展和科技投入數(shù)據(jù)，，從創(chuàng)新投入、創(chuàng)新產(chǎn)出、創(chuàng)新環(huán)境三個方面，對重慶市高技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)自主創(chuàng)新現(xiàn)狀進行深入分析，將重慶市高技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)自主創(chuàng)新現(xiàn)狀與代表性省（市）進行比較，指出重慶市高技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)自主創(chuàng)新能力發(fā)展過程中創(chuàng)新環(huán)境差、基礎(chǔ)資源分配不均等薄弱環(huán)節(jié)，在此基礎(chǔ)上，通過實證研究得出影響重慶市高技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)自主創(chuàng)新能力提升的主要因素，并綜合以上各項分析，為提升重慶市高技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)自主創(chuàng)新能力提出了針對性建議。
[Abstract]:The adjustment and change of global industrial structure, the formation of a new round of international division of labor, the restriction of resources and the requirement of harmonious development of ecological environment make the mode of economic development change from extensive to intensive. High-tech industries with independence, innovation and strategy, low consumption of resources and less environmental pollution have gradually become the leading industries in the economic development of various countries. The fierce international competition also requires the high-tech industry to reduce the technology dependence and improve the independent innovation ability in order to obtain stronger international competitiveness. Therefore, improving the independent innovation ability and possessing the core technology of independent intellectual property has become an important direction of the development of high-tech industry in various countries (regions). Based on the data of high-tech industry development and technological input in Chongqing in recent years, the present situation of independent innovation in Chongqing high-tech industry is analyzed from three aspects: innovation input, innovation output and innovation environment. This paper compares the present situation of independent innovation of high technology industry in Chongqing with that of representative province (city), and points out that the innovation environment is poor and the distribution of basic resources is not equal in the process of development of independent innovation ability of Chongqing high technology industry. Through the empirical study, the main factors affecting the promotion of the independent innovation ability of Chongqing high-tech industry are obtained, and the above analysis is combined to put forward targeted suggestions for enhancing the independent innovation ability of the high-tech industry in Chongqing.
