科研激勵制度對高校教師科研行為的影響

【摘要】:隨著國家知識產(chǎn)權(quán)戰(zhàn)略的推進,重視科研創(chuàng)新及科研成果轉(zhuǎn)化成為高?蒲械陌l(fā)展趨勢。在一系列鼓勵科研的法律制度及措施面前,教師是否會因為收益分配比例的增加而改變從事基礎(chǔ)研究的傳統(tǒng),選擇從事應(yīng)用研究或開發(fā)研究?通過實證研究發(fā)現(xiàn),單純依靠提高科研收益分配比例并不能從整體上達到促進科研效益的目的。提高教師科研創(chuàng)新能力,促進科研產(chǎn)出效益,在增加科研收益之外還需要其他的配套措施。要激勵與約束并重,精神和物質(zhì)激勵結(jié)合,采用多種激勵方式。
