【摘要】:近年來(lái)隨著我國(guó)高速鐵路迅猛發(fā)展,列車裝備國(guó)產(chǎn)化需求不斷增強(qiáng),作為列車關(guān)鍵技術(shù)之一的列車控制網(wǎng)絡(luò)在高速列車發(fā)展中顯的尤為重要。目前我國(guó)高速列車運(yùn)用的控制網(wǎng)絡(luò)基本依靠國(guó)外引進(jìn),換句話說(shuō),高速列車的“神經(jīng)中樞”還控制在國(guó)外的幾大公司手里,因此研制開發(fā)出具有自主知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)的列車控制網(wǎng)絡(luò)迫在眉睫。我國(guó)對(duì)于列車控制網(wǎng)絡(luò)的研究還處于起步階段,距離實(shí)際應(yīng)用存在一定的差距。為了對(duì)研制實(shí)車網(wǎng)絡(luò)控制系統(tǒng)提供參考,并縮短列車網(wǎng)絡(luò)的研制時(shí)間,少走彎路,對(duì)列車控制網(wǎng)絡(luò)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行純軟件和半實(shí)物仿真必不可少。 本文主要依托于“十一五”國(guó)家科技支撐計(jì)劃子課題“高速列車網(wǎng)絡(luò)控制系統(tǒng)”(項(xiàng)目編號(hào):2009BAG12A06,2009-2012)——網(wǎng)絡(luò)系統(tǒng)半實(shí)物仿真,設(shè)計(jì)并實(shí)現(xiàn)了Ⅱ型車控制網(wǎng)絡(luò)半實(shí)物仿真平臺(tái)中中央裝置站點(diǎn)功能仿真,并與項(xiàng)目組其他成員合作完成了終端裝置及顯示器部分的功能仿真,同時(shí)運(yùn)用熱備冗余機(jī)制實(shí)現(xiàn)了ARCNET(?)光纖雙環(huán)網(wǎng)通信,最終與項(xiàng)目組其他成員一起成功搭建了Ⅱ型車網(wǎng)絡(luò)控制系統(tǒng)半實(shí)物仿真平臺(tái),并實(shí)現(xiàn)了光纖環(huán)形網(wǎng)絡(luò)中各功能仿真站點(diǎn)間應(yīng)用信息交互及處理。 論文主要工作包括: (1)完成了Ⅱ型車列車控制網(wǎng)絡(luò)中中央裝置功能仿真站點(diǎn)設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn),其主要包括中央裝置功能仿真站點(diǎn)中網(wǎng)絡(luò)數(shù)據(jù)的發(fā)送與接收、數(shù)據(jù)解析、司機(jī)操縱臺(tái)模擬、中央裝置內(nèi)部邏輯運(yùn)算、中央裝置功能仿真站點(diǎn)熱備冗余等功能。同時(shí)完成了終端裝置功能仿真站點(diǎn)及顯示器功能仿真站點(diǎn)部分?jǐn)?shù)據(jù)管理等功能,設(shè)計(jì)并實(shí)現(xiàn)了各功能仿真站點(diǎn)同ARCNET光纖雙環(huán)網(wǎng)間網(wǎng)絡(luò)接口。 (2)實(shí)現(xiàn)了ARCNET光纖雙環(huán)網(wǎng)組網(wǎng)通信,其中雙環(huán)網(wǎng)運(yùn)用的是熱備冗余機(jī)制實(shí)現(xiàn)信息及時(shí)傳輸。 (3)完成了Ⅱ型車列車控制網(wǎng)絡(luò)中各種應(yīng)用通信報(bào)文(空調(diào)、制動(dòng)、牽引、數(shù)字輸入輸出、故障等)定義,并在ARCNET光纖環(huán)網(wǎng)中實(shí)現(xiàn)了各功能仿真站點(diǎn)間應(yīng)用報(bào)文傳輸及相關(guān)處理。 本文實(shí)現(xiàn)了Ⅱ型車列車控制網(wǎng)絡(luò)中各種應(yīng)用信息交互,對(duì)于CRH2型車列車控制網(wǎng)絡(luò)系統(tǒng)研發(fā)具有一定的參考意義。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of high-speed railway in China, the demand for localization of train equipment is increasing. As one of the key technologies of train, train control network is particularly important in the development of high-speed train. At present, the control network for the operation of high-speed trains in China basically depends on the introduction of foreign countries. In other words, the "nerve center" of high-speed trains is still controlled by several major foreign companies. Therefore, it is urgent to develop a train control network with independent intellectual property rights. The research on train control network in China is still in its infancy, and there is a certain gap between it and its practical application. In order to provide reference for the development of the real vehicle network control system, shorten the development time of the train network, and reduce the detours, it is necessary to carry out pure software and hardware-in-the-loop simulation for the train control network system.
