【摘要】：大數(shù)據(jù)時代,科技期刊出版具有自主知識產(chǎn)權(quán)的科學數(shù)據(jù)對提高期刊影響力、保護科研工作者的知識產(chǎn)權(quán)以及提高科學數(shù)據(jù)的利用率等都具有重要意義,因此,科技期刊有必要創(chuàng)新出版內(nèi)容進行科學數(shù)據(jù)出版。在分析國外科技期刊數(shù)據(jù)出版現(xiàn)狀的基礎上,利用網(wǎng)絡調(diào)查法對國內(nèi)100種不同類別科技期刊進行調(diào)查,發(fā)現(xiàn)國內(nèi)期刊出版界的數(shù)據(jù)出版尚處于萌芽狀態(tài)。為此,文章提出四條建議:出臺政策加以引導、統(tǒng)籌規(guī)劃專業(yè)數(shù)據(jù)倉儲或者公共數(shù)據(jù)倉儲、統(tǒng)一出版與引用規(guī)范、建立高效評價機制。創(chuàng)新出版內(nèi)容,實現(xiàn)新興的數(shù)據(jù)出版與傳統(tǒng)的論文出版融合發(fā)展將是科技期刊出版的發(fā)展方向。
[Abstract]:In the era of big data, the publication of scientific data with independent intellectual property rights plays an important role in improving the influence of journals, protecting the intellectual property rights of researchers and improving the utilization rate of scientific data. It is necessary for sci-tech periodicals to innovate and publish contents for scientific data publishing. On the basis of analyzing the current situation of data publishing of foreign sci-tech periodicals, this paper makes a survey of 100 different kinds of sci-tech periodicals in China by using the method of network investigation, and finds that the publication of data in domestic periodical publishing is still in its infancy. Therefore, this paper puts forward four suggestions: to introduce policies to guide, to plan as a whole professional data storage or public data storage, to unify publication and citation norms, and to establish an efficient evaluation mechanism. Innovating publishing content and realizing the integration of new data publishing and traditional paper publishing will be the development direction of sci-tech periodical publishing.
