【摘要】：知識(shí)創(chuàng)新、技術(shù)創(chuàng)新已經(jīng)成為二十一世紀(jì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的主旋律,對(duì)知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)(包括農(nóng)業(yè)知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán))的保護(hù)問題就成為世界性問題,在農(nóng)產(chǎn)品輸出及農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展領(lǐng)域,發(fā)展中國(guó)家會(huì)因?yàn)檗r(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展和制度建設(shè)的弱勢(shì)處處受制于人。本文擬對(duì)我國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)問題進(jìn)行分析和研究,借鑒發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家經(jīng)驗(yàn),希望能對(duì)我國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)制度建設(shè)提出有益的建議。
[Abstract]:Knowledge innovation and technological innovation have become the main theme of economic development in the 21 century. The protection of intellectual property rights (including agricultural intellectual property rights) has become a worldwide problem. In the fields of agricultural products export and agricultural development, Developing countries will be under control because of the weakness of agricultural development and institutional building. This paper intends to analyze and study the problems of agricultural intellectual property rights in China, and draw lessons from the experiences of developed countries, hoping to put forward some useful suggestions for the construction of agricultural intellectual property rights system in China.
