【摘要】：隨著電動汽車商業(yè)化進程推進，電動汽車安全越來越受到重視，為確保駕乘人員的生命財產(chǎn)安全，汽車安全技術(shù)研究具有重大意義。眾多國家和企業(yè)選擇利用知識產(chǎn)權(quán)來保護在電動汽車安全技術(shù)領(lǐng)域的原始性創(chuàng)新成果。專利作為知識產(chǎn)權(quán)重要組成部分，包括90%以上的技術(shù)情報信息，因而專利分析被廣泛應用于各技術(shù)領(lǐng)域，為企業(yè)提供專利策略和布局建議。 論文首先簡述專利分析方法和電動汽車安全相關(guān)技術(shù)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀。在確定專利檢索關(guān)鍵詞的基礎(chǔ)上設(shè)計電動汽車安全技術(shù)專利檢索式，從國內(nèi)外專利數(shù)據(jù)庫中對專利數(shù)據(jù)進行檢索、篩選，并制作專利管理圖和專利技術(shù)圖。利用專利管理圖對電動汽車安全技術(shù)的專利申請數(shù)量、專利發(fā)明人、專利權(quán)人、IPC分類號、主要競爭國家等指標進行了統(tǒng)計分析，理清國內(nèi)外電動汽車安全技術(shù)的專利發(fā)展格局、發(fā)展態(tài)勢，對比分析國內(nèi)外發(fā)展趨勢。利用專利技術(shù)圖對電動汽車安全技術(shù)進行細分，對電動汽車的主要技術(shù)類別、專利技術(shù)布局以及技術(shù)發(fā)展趨勢等方面進行了統(tǒng)計分析。分析了我國電動汽車安全技術(shù)發(fā)展狀況及發(fā)展趨勢。 論文最后綜合專利分析結(jié)果，，從專利管理層面和專利技術(shù)層面為我國電動汽車安全技術(shù)發(fā)展提出對策建議和專利策略。
[Abstract]:With the advancement of the commercialization of electric vehicles, more and more attention has been paid to the safety of electric vehicles. In order to ensure the safety of life and property of drivers, the study of vehicle safety technology is of great significance. Many countries and enterprises choose to use intellectual property to protect the original innovation in the field of electric vehicle safety technology. Patent, as an important part of intellectual property, includes more than 90% of technical information, so patent analysis is widely used in various fields of technology. Firstly, the paper briefly introduces the patent analysis methods and the development status of safety related technologies for electric vehicles. On the basis of determining the key words of patent retrieval, this paper designs the patent retrieval formula for safety technology of electric vehicle, retrieves and selects patent data from patent database at home and abroad, and makes patent management chart and patent technology map. The number of patent applications, patent inventors, patent holders, IPC classification numbers, main competitive countries and other indicators of electric vehicle safety technology are statistically analyzed using the patent management chart, in order to clarify the patent development pattern of electric vehicle safety technology at home and abroad. Development trend, comparative analysis of domestic and foreign development trends. In this paper, the safety technology of electric vehicle is subdivided by patent technology diagram, and the main technical categories, the layout of patent technology and the technical development trend of electric vehicle are analyzed statistically. This paper analyzes the development situation and trend of electric vehicle safety technology in China. Finally, the paper synthesizes the result of patent analysis, and puts forward some countermeasures and patent strategies for the development of electric vehicle safety technology in China from the aspects of patent management and patent technology.
