【摘要】：企業(yè)博士后制度于20世紀(jì)60年代在美國創(chuàng)立,其中研發(fā)實力的提升、知識產(chǎn)權(quán)體系的完善、人力成本的增加和人才爭奪的日益激烈,是推動企業(yè)借鑒高校博士后制度的主因。歷經(jīng)萌芽期、形成期、快速發(fā)展期和成熟期等階段發(fā)展,美國企業(yè)博士后制度形成企業(yè)主導(dǎo)與政府扶持、國際化與本土化、學(xué)術(shù)化與產(chǎn)業(yè)化相結(jié)合等特點,并面臨職業(yè)動機不足、博士后屬性缺乏和博士后與企業(yè)關(guān)系不對等主要問題。
[Abstract]:The postdoctoral system of enterprises was established in the United States in the 1960s, in which the improvement of R & D strength, the improvement of intellectual property system, the increase of manpower cost and the increasingly fierce competition for talents are the main reasons for enterprises to learn from the post-doctoral system in colleges and universities. After the stages of germination, formation, rapid development and maturity, the post-doctoral system of American enterprises is characterized by a combination of enterprise leadership and government support, internationalization and localization, academic and industrial integration, etc. And faced with the lack of professional motivation, postdoctoral attributes and postdoctoral relationship between the main problems.
