【摘要】：加快科技型企業(yè)的融資速度是融入國(guó)際經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的新形勢(shì),也是企業(yè)自身科研成果轉(zhuǎn)化的必然要求,從創(chuàng)新模式上看,可以通過風(fēng)險(xiǎn)投資、設(shè)立融資擔(dān)保基金協(xié)會(huì)、知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)證券化和創(chuàng)業(yè)板上市進(jìn)行,同時(shí)本文提出科技型企業(yè)融資的發(fā)展路徑,具體為:加快企業(yè)科技創(chuàng)新速度、完善多元化的金融扶持體系、完善社會(huì)信用體系、完善評(píng)估機(jī)制、完善企業(yè)財(cái)務(wù)管理。
[Abstract]:Speeding up the financing speed of science and technology enterprises is a new situation that integrates into the international economic development, and is also an inevitable requirement for the transformation of scientific research achievements of enterprises themselves. From the perspective of innovation mode, we can set up financing guarantee fund associations through venture capital. Intellectual property securitization and gem listing, at the same time, this paper puts forward the development path of financing of sci-tech enterprises, which is to accelerate the speed of scientific and technological innovation of enterprises, to perfect the diversified financial support system, to perfect the social credit system. Perfect appraisal mechanism, perfect enterprise financial management.
