【摘要】：職務(wù)發(fā)明報(bào)告機(jī)制是明確職務(wù)發(fā)明權(quán)利歸屬,促進(jìn)職務(wù)發(fā)明轉(zhuǎn)化運(yùn)用的重要法律規(guī)則,同時(shí)也是企業(yè)及科研院所進(jìn)行科研管理的新模式。鑒于此,有必要通過(guò)德國(guó)和法國(guó)的職務(wù)發(fā)明報(bào)告機(jī)制進(jìn)行比較研究,從而為我國(guó)職務(wù)發(fā)明報(bào)告機(jī)制的設(shè)立與運(yùn)行提供啟示與借鑒。
[Abstract]:The reporting mechanism of job invention is an important legal rule to define the ownership of the right of duty invention and to promote the transformation and application of job invention. It is also a new mode of scientific research management for enterprises and scientific research institutes. In view of this, it is necessary to carry on the comparative research through the duty invention reporting mechanism of Germany and France, so as to provide enlightenment and reference for the establishment and operation of the duty invention report mechanism in our country.
