【摘要】：和睦系統(tǒng)(Firm Sys)是具有完全自主知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)的核電廠安全級(jí)數(shù)字化儀控系統(tǒng)。采用先進(jìn)百萬(wàn)千瓦級(jí)壓水堆(ACPR1000)的陽(yáng)江核電站5、6號(hào)機(jī)組首次使用了基于Firm Sys平臺(tái)的反應(yīng)堆保護(hù)系統(tǒng)。按照標(biāo)準(zhǔn)法規(guī)要求,需對(duì)反應(yīng)堆保護(hù)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行定期試驗(yàn)。定期試驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)需覆蓋整個(gè)系統(tǒng),與Firm Sys平臺(tái)的自診斷設(shè)計(jì)以及保護(hù)系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)關(guān)系密切,并需考慮定期試驗(yàn)過(guò)程不會(huì)對(duì)系統(tǒng)安全功能產(chǎn)生影響。本文提出了一套完整的定期試驗(yàn)解決方案,該方案滿足法規(guī)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的要求,與中國(guó)改進(jìn)型三環(huán)路壓水堆(CPR1000)項(xiàng)目相比,簡(jiǎn)化了反應(yīng)堆保護(hù)系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì),優(yōu)化了試驗(yàn)人員的操作過(guò)程,并對(duì)在運(yùn)反應(yīng)堆保護(hù)系統(tǒng)的定期試驗(yàn)方案進(jìn)行了改進(jìn)。
[Abstract]:Harmony system (Firm Sys) is a safety grade digital control system for nuclear power plants with completely independent intellectual property rights.The reactor protection system based on Firm Sys platform is used for the first time in Unit 5 and 6 of Yangjiang Nuclear Power Station, which uses advanced million kilowatt grade PWR (ACPR1000).In accordance with the requirements of the standard code, the reactor protection system should be tested regularly.The periodic test design needs to cover the whole system, which is closely related to the self-diagnosis design of Firm Sys platform and the structure of the protection system. It is also necessary to consider that the periodic test process will not affect the security function of the system.This paper presents a complete set of periodic test solutions, which meet the requirements of regulations and standards. Compared with the China modified third Ring PWR (CPR1000) project, it simplifies the design of the reactor protection system and optimizes the operation process of the tester.The periodic test scheme of the reactor protection system in transit is improved.
