【摘要】：韓美FTA的知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)部分主要涉及著作權(quán)、商標(biāo)權(quán)和專利權(quán)。就韓美FTA中在知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)領(lǐng)域的幾點(diǎn)最具代表性的爭(zhēng)議進(jìn)行簡(jiǎn)單分析,并闡明這些規(guī)定對(duì)韓國(guó)知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)法可能產(chǎn)生的影響。
[Abstract]:The intellectual property section of FTA is mainly about copyright, trademark and patent. It simply analyzes the most representative disputes in the field of intellectual property in Korea and FTA, and illustrates the possible impact of these Regulations on Korea's intellectual property law.
