【摘要】：為全面了解"十二五"期間我國(guó)煙用添加劑技術(shù)領(lǐng)域的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,預(yù)測(cè)今后的發(fā)展趨勢(shì),對(duì)2011—2015年國(guó)家知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)局公開公告的1 666件相關(guān)專利進(jìn)行了統(tǒng)計(jì)分析。結(jié)果表明:(1)2011—2015年,煙用添加劑專利申請(qǐng)總量持續(xù)提升,尤其是發(fā)明專利,其中湖北中煙和云南中煙的申請(qǐng)量最多。(2)A24B、C11B以及A24D類技術(shù)仍將是今后一段時(shí)間內(nèi)技術(shù)研發(fā)的熱點(diǎn)區(qū)域,C08B、B01J、C12P、B01D、C07H以及D21H類技術(shù)可能是今后潛在的研發(fā)熱點(diǎn)。(3)國(guó)外申請(qǐng)人在華專利布局以英美煙草、雷諾煙草、日本煙草和菲莫煙草的申請(qǐng)量最多,其中英美煙草的技術(shù)布局區(qū)域最廣。
[Abstract]:In order to understand the status quo of tobacco additive technology development in China during the 12th Five-Year Plan period and forecast the future development trend, a statistical analysis of 1,666 patents publicly announced by the State intellectual property Office in 2011-2015 was carried out. The results showed that the number of patents published by the State intellectual property Office in 2011-2015 was 1 666, and the results showed that the patents were published by the State intellectual property Office in 2011-2015. The total number of patent applications for tobacco additives continues to increase, especially for invention patents. Among them, Hubei Zhongyan and Yunnan Zhongyan have the most applications. A24BU C11B and A24D technology will still be the hot spots of technology research and development in the future. C08BU B01JC12PU B01D01D07H and D21H type technology may be the potential research and development hotspots in the future. 3) the foreign applicants in China may be the potential research and development hotspots in the future. Patented to British American Tobacco, Renault Tobacco, Japan Tobacco and Filipino Tobacco have the largest number of applications, with British American Tobacco having the most extensive technical layout.
